Disappointing purchase
I used this to solder closed a gold ring and it doesn’t melt properly at all! Huge Disappointment!

I have trouble getting any of this to flow except the lowest melt point one and it still is very tricky. It has to be the perfect set up to get it to flow at all and especially where you want it. I’ve melted several bezels trying to get it to go. I would not order this again.

arrived quickly and exactly as shown
tough to use on light (thin) gold chain. It takes a seemingly lot of heat to get it hot enough to melt the solder. after 3 tries with a mini butane torch the solder did melt. would be nice if the solder would melt at more like the heat needed for brazing or plumbing work.

Not any gold content
Had the items checked and not even 1/10 % gold. When I used it it damaged 14kt gold jewelry repair at a cost of around 2500 usd.

Don't bother
Worst solder I’ve ever tried to use. Even when my 22k gold was near melting point the solder remains little squares on back of the piece.
