Dimplex MZT20 Mozart Suite Fire in Black

The fire is heavy, but all in one piece - literally take it out of the box and plug it in. Nice flame effect, and very warming on a dark evening. Plus it has a 1kw and 2kw heat boost. Also has an easy to understand thermostat option. It looks lovely too - nice black piano gloss finish. Very happy with it, and glad I didn't opt for a cheaper fire - although there are many much more expensive than this.Only downside - no remote with it, but that's a small detail.

This is a beautiful fireplace and fire. We are so pleased with the lovely finish, it is extremely attractive, the picture does not do it justice. It is quite substantial and looks great in our sitting room 15' x 12' It has a decent size mantle and is solid, we have an old clock which sits on it. The two heat settings are great and the flame effect I very realistic. It came very well packaged and was easy to unpack, slide against the wall, plug in and switch on. This fireplace has transformed our room and given a focal point.

Quite a big fire when you include the surround casing and looks the part but performs well.The fan is a bit noisy but remember it is actively heating the room and there will always be some noise when your in heating mode.

Excellent fire for money , really nice and expensive looking as well, had a lot of comments regarding the look of fireplace from family and friends.Taken out of box and was able to plug in straight away .Nice flame effect even when just using flame setting it's self without needing to put fire on , gives a nice smokey glow .Delighted with it would definitely recommend to family and friends liked it so much I am going to purchase another for dining room .

HEART BROKEN !! Used the fire twice and it scratches at the slightest touch !! Absoloutly devasted !!! Have contacted seller to see if any help can be given , fire is absolutely stunning until now and funny it won’t let me load a picture here every time I try it deleted all this !! Stunning but sadly it’s cheap and nasty parts so after a month or two it’s gonna be wrecked ! This is from a pet free and a child free home aswell I’d dread to think the state if I had kids or a pet 😭😭😭😭

there are led lights instead of ses light bulbs, which I was disappointed with, as description stated ses bulbs. however, I did have the choice to send it back, but I was pleased that, on the model sent, there is a thermostat, so decided to keep it. the fire suite is lovely and has a high-gloss finish with a great flame affect which is quite silent. all in all, I am extremely pleased with my purchase , which arrived in perfect condition.

This is a first class fire delivery was prompt came with two men doing the delivery came right into living room .Then I took out box and put in its place in living room pluged it in and that was it ,you don't get better than that.The fire looks good ,it looked better than its picture.If your looking for a first class fire for your house then you have found it for a first class price,your on a winner.
