Game of Thrones Mask - House Targaryen Dragon: 3D Mask & Wall Mount

Absolutely loved making this!Probably about 10 hours work over 4 days. If you make it as per instructions you will be happy with the end product.I didn't like all the white edges so coloured them in with felt tip. And painted the inside black because I didn't like all the tabs and numbers/letters being visible through the mouth and the eyes (if you are going to do this I recommend doing so before you attach the jaw/tongue/snout pieces together).I used pva glue and sellotape (though this is a pain to paint).Some criticisms: There is hole under the chin/floor of the mouth. It bugged me, so I used a leftover piece from the book to fill it (and painted it black inside).And, the instructions on how to fit the headband are atrocious. But this was of little to no concern to me.The more effort you are prepared to put into making this, the happier you will be with the end product.In summary, buy it. It's great. :)

Great Christmas gift

What a brilliant idea. The book of parts is fantastic, a real enticement to start building. Started gluing bits together and then it all started to go wrong. Bits kept dropping off, couldn't seem to get the folds right, stresses on joints that I thought were glued broke, paper tore when I tried joining other bits. After 10 days of trying to do this gently and slowly there was one too many broken joints and I tore it up in frustration. Somebody post a photo of the finished object, and I promise to be more patient

I have bought this as a stocking filler for a friend who's a huge game of thrones fan. I hope she will be up for the challenge of making it 😬
