Not as expected
Misleading. We purchased the recommended 2 x E27 lightbulbs with this lamp, and they very obviously are too large. Wish I’d read the reviews before buying this item. Lamp is nice, but make sure you purchase E14 bulbs

Broke in transit
I have to express my disappointment with the IKEA FADO Table Lamp in white. Unfortunately, my experience with this lamp was marred by a significant issue during transit. Despite being packaged supposedly securely, the lamp arrived broken and in several pieces. The fragile glass shade was shattered, rendering the lamp completely unusable.This incident highlights a clear lack of quality control and inadequate packaging measures by IKEA. It's disheartening to invest in a product only to have it arrive damaged, requiring the hassle of returns and exchanges. I expected better durability and protection during shipment, especially for a delicate item like a table lamp. Regrettably, I cannot recommend the IKEA FADO Table Lamp based on this unfortunate experience.

It appears strong,but thinner fabric than I expected,appears strong.
It a washing line cover,I used it for my washing line,surprisingly.

SMALLER LIGHT JUST AS GOOD!
Smaller than the one we had previously purchased from Ikea but as effective and fits our shelves better in fact. very pleased with it and the service.
