I’m 5’8” and 140lbs I purchased the larges. I hate tight tights. These fit well and being a flight attendant I can say they hold up well. Have 4 pair and I wash regularly and they don’t show much signs of wear. Will buy again.

These are fab! I find buying stuff on Amazon is so hit and miss, reviews can be so misleading. These have great stretch including the waistband and ankle cuffs so they don’t cut into you. Great opacity, they are not see through at all so you could even wear as leggings. Very comfortable to wear.
