Asvine P20 Piston Fountain Pen Lake Blue Resin, Iridium Extra Fine Nib Gold Trim Smooth Writer Collection with Case Set

I have a weakness for Leonardo pens so was intrigued by this which seems to be similar to the Leonardo Momento Magico - a £175 pen which is an absolutely gorgeous masterpiece. It's not exactly the same, the ink window is different and the resin is clearly inferior, but it is a very close substitute and makes for a great pen to use at work, where I may want to be more protective of my Leonardos. The weight feels different, but is still a comfortable pen to write with and the nib is perfectly adequate. The piston filler mechanism works smoothly and effectively - it's a very good pen for the price.

What a beautiful pen! It looks incredible, it’s writes really smoothly and is very easy to empty and fill up. I love it and it looks much fancier than it is! Definitely recommend! It makes me feel like a crystal witch and I am very much here for that.

The nib on m8ne was a little skittish and needed a little work with micromesh ( 5000 , 8000, 12000 sand paper) before it would write smoothly, hopefully it was a one off and others will be fine . Still don't come with the wrench to allow servicing which is strange as asvine claim that they come with the wrench for months now . Overall I do recommend

For the price, one of the best pens I own. Smooth nib, Excellent Piston system and really like the colours of the resin.

I absolutely love this pen! The nib is buttery smooth, ink flow is perfect, it's comfortable in the hand, easy to fill and the pen looks amazing as well. Of all the fountain pens I've purchased over the last couple of months, this Asvine P20 is the best purchase I've made so far.

For the price you cannot be disappointed with this pen. Colours is beautiful, well made pen and writes smoothly

I wanted a piston filler and I got this very smooth writer very comfortable in the had easy operation with a big ink capacity now lives in my journal cover.

I ordered 3 of this model because it was piston-fill and on offer. I love amber but when unboxed this appeared cheap and plasticy, the cap, barrel and end finial were very mismatched so despite not wanting to part with it, I had to return it. I have the other two to ink up and will review them in due course. Super excited to try these out. Quality control needs to be better because these are on the same price scale as the very impressive TWSBI Eco models which I've found exceptional.
