Very sturdy but maneuverable.
I managed to assemble this on my own using the easy to follow instructions.My table is quite generously sized and reaches far enough over my bed to use a laptop and to eat etc. It's very easy to adjust the height and the castors work well on my thick bedroom carpet despite it being a heavy table. Sturdy, strong and well engineered. I'm pleased with it.

Life Saver
The table was easy to screw together and came with the tools which is good if you didn’t have any, the table is very sturdy, the only thing I came across was if there are any low bars underneath the bed then the table won’t go exactly where you want...which isn’t a problem with the table it’s just something to consider when buying in consideration to the placement. Overall great product for a great price!

Good sturdy over bed table
I was a little worried reading some of the negative reviews.Table arrived today and after 5-10 mins assembly time, it was ready to be used. Item looks good and sturdy. No chips or marks. Joinery could have been better on the metal parts (hence not 5 star) but all in all very good.Actual quality vs price comparison can only be made after a couple months’ use as it is too soon to say.Fits perfectly over standard IKEA bed.Table sits on metal leg but U shape structure with wheels is plastic.Note package is about 22kgs.

almost perfect
over the last couple of years i have been buying wheeling tables at a rate of about one every 2 months. what do I do thats so abusive they die? honestly? nothing.. why do they die then I hear you ask. Well, all of them had those plastic casters with the little lever locks, and what would happen was id move the table, an inch or whatever somehow the locks would enable themselves, this then put extra strain on the table, and eventually my patience for the unlocking the locks would fail and id not, or it would lock while i moved it and the strain would be too much and the chipboard parts would break under the strain, or the not every well welded metal bits - such that there were - would not hold...So, as a singleton, i set about putting this table together i had read how hard it is, if you pay attention to the pictures its not so bad.. so, you lie the feet on their side, and put the upright on your thighs (add cushion if you do not have sufficient padding of your own) .. and bolt it in, these are perfectly aligned bolts, the wrench provided you slip the circular end over and just it can go round and round and it fits inside the casters so you get to tighten them really easily. then you lay the top down, and balance the upright and feed on the right part, now this is trickier, its like theres an oiled join and it does want to move but you can hang on to it and do it, and screw in by hand enough of one bolt to help it stay still and let you hand tighten the others, and then use the allen key for the rest. this is less well designed another cm of metal allowing the allen key to freely turn would have been appreciated but, was not beyond the wit of man.. And tada one table.it rolls pretty well on carpet, it has a nice range of height as i use it for my computer monitor and have a keyboard shelf you bolt on (which fitted perfectly) which drops under the table and out the way, and so need it fairly high, but it all seems increidbly happy]I did take the rails front and back off as i didnt need them - it was a lot of screws for a little thin rail but im very happy..only downside, I would have preferred N43565 in a way, but i need the upright on the left as a certain dog seems to feel his fat furry backside needs to come up through non existent gaps, so N43565 is the wrong way round, might as well have this one which was cheaper :P

Is it worth it?
Well, easier to assemble than the second one, but, seems damaged, see pictures! But I’ve had so much trouble lately with damaged, defective or misdescribed items that I dare not raise another complaint or else I’ll get banned! For the money, really not impressed! might just as well buy a cheap one! For the money and the value of cheaper tables I bought in the past, its definitely not worth the money!

Very good table and a good size too. It is easy to move and easy to raise or lower. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is bedbound.

Bought for parent, no complaints so far.
This is the 2nd overbed table we have bought (first purchase from this supplier) and the build quality is excellent. It has the feel of a hospital quality item, very sturdy and the up/down mechanism is excellent and very easy to use. It's heavier than expected, which was welcomed. Very good product and would highly recommend.
