I was looking for a soft blender to use for fine detail in graphite drawing. This is just what I was looking for especially as there are the three different sizes, works a treat.

I really struggle with describing the material used on these, it's very soft but firm and feels very smooth. I'm new to charcoal but got some recently and wanted to try these on it and I was quite happy with the results. I do do a lot of sketching however and my results were a bit hit and miss but I think that's down to the fact it's new to me, doing something different on something I've done for years, still, it does the job and works well.I do think the price is a little high though, at £11.54 (plus an 8% voucher) you're really only getting a stick with a sponge on the end, well, three, but as an artist, we can never have enough tools to play around with and they do feel good quality.

These really do work. You need decent pencils to make them work best and obviously soft, graphic pencils are ideal. Saves your fingers and you can be much more precise with your smudging.This is quite a range of sizes too and the big one is gigantic, and I’m not really using that much. Great set and much better than a finger!
