Can't live without it
It definitely helps me controlling my Candida numbers.I found it very effective against my sweet tooth. Since start taking them I stopped craving for biscuits or other carbohydrates.

Where do I start I’ve had a problem with bloating brain fog a few other issues I have combined this product with others over the last couple of weeks the change is amazing I swear on the physical side I have a 28yr old neighbour who couldn’t keep up with me in the garden I’m about to hit 60yrs sorry can’t give you all the credit but never felt so good

Seems very effective
I started taking this as I was tolerating less and less foods, I was waking every morning massively bloated. Since taking this that has reduced by at least 80%, my mental state seems to have improved as well as I had waves of anxiety and depression previously which is a nice unexpected (but possibly unrelated) side effect. I have been taking them on an empty stomach first thing in the morning though, not with food as directed.

Wrong amount of capsules
I ordered this one because It says 180 capsules but I received a bottle with just 90 capsules. I paid extra money for less amount of capsules.

It works along the diet that you have to superimpose, for a month or two. Cannot go back to sugar binging after all is done.
