Produces hair popping sharpness
This knife sharpener does a fantastic job of making your knife hair popping or paper shredding sharp. The base is extremely stable and the rotating blade holder locks in great.**The only down side is the blade holder. I should have ordered theversion with the blade holder that has 2 seperate clamping devices, I thought the one clamping device would work better but I was wrong. I wish I could replace that part only than it would be 100% awesome.

Unstable. Does not hold an angle from side to side.
The angle setting instructions are useless and the mechanism cannot accommodate a blade longer than 8 inches without losing the angle setting.

Have sharpened 5 kitchen and 3 work knives....WOW, I have bought and used every knife sharpener and gimmick that has been made for the last 45 years. This thing is AWESOME, very consistent and easy to set up.

Algo caro pero no lo uso frecuentemente, es fácil de usar, sin embargo, las piedras que tiene se desgastan muy rápido, le saque filo a dos navajas de 10cm cada una y la piedra se desgasto casi a la mitad, falta probar las de diamante.

La calidad de los tornillos prisioneros no es tan buenaTodas las piedras deberían traer su base, la de grano 10,000 se safo de la palanca y se rompió :(
