I barely used it so far. I just tested it out once I got it. I charged it and kept it in my backpack while in the case. A few weeks later I needed it and it was dead. I took it home and plugged in the charger. It acts like it's charging. However once you take it off the charger it doesn't turn on. $100 down the drainEDIT 1 : Company reached out and is sending another one. I appreciate their effort and have changed my review to 3 stars. If it works for a little while, I will move it to 5 starsEDIT 2: I received the new one and it works great! Thank you

It was packaged very nicely, and arrived right on time. The carrying case it comes with, is very convenient for holding, not only the charger, but the charging cord and instruction booklet. It's nice to keep everything in one package/bag!It charges up quickly with the cord charger, and has a great battery life. The multiple options for plugs is great, because you can charge different phones, computers, tablets, etc. I really like the quick charge option. Plug it in, charge quickly, get on your way! The LED flashlight is an interesting bonus that could very well come in handy, all on its own. The only downside is how heavy the charger is. But, I guess that's to be expected with something that's so powerful and multi purpose. We are going to be using this when we go camping, and I'm sure it will come in very handy for the times we go in only a tent! Overall, I'm very satisfied with this charger and what it will be used for.

Works great!! I was actually surprised because normally they are cheap and made cheap and built not to last however this was built to last and is well worth the price. Was impressed by how well it was made and how much the charge holds and how fast it charges items. Must have for the busy on the go person or the person who likes to travel for work, pleasure of for the student. This applies to so many ppl. A student in college or high school, Dir.’s every day working professional, if you are in IT, it’s great. I originally bought this for my GF who is always forgetting to charge her Surface pro-10. I bought her and her Surface pro laptop for her medical classes. She keeps it in her back pack and it charges the devices plus her cell phone while she is in class and by the time her class is done all 3 devices are fully charged once again and it still has plenty of juice left in it.

I was so excited to get this, it was the last thing I needed for my mobile work station. Tried to turn it on straight out of the box, nothing. OK, maybe I have to charge it first. Plugged it in, and got this weird buzzing sound like a radio on the wrong frequency. The display lit up, it appeared to charge. 3 hours later, it wasn't finished charging. Tried to power on the unit a second time, and still nothing. My heart sank, and I boxed it back up to send back. It has to be a defective unit. Sigh. 😕

i am looking for a power bank with compact size, and also can charge my razer laptop which is need around 80w AC output to charging. this one seems meet expectation. the item has 2 bars power when i received. and it is able to charging my laptop. but since only 2 bars power left , and AC output charging only keep a few mins (as tested there is around 80w AC output) then drop, i think when i charge the power in full, it should be good. also it seems this item not able to input charging and output at the same time. meaning it will need to wait while charging this power bank. and good thing is compact and may able to carry to airplane (27000mAh or under 100w).

I bought this power mostly bank for travelling. I like the size, design and that I can have it in my hand luggage. It charges very well. I went on a road trip with some of my friends and some of us ran out of battery. 3 of us could all charge our phones at the same time. I loved the device and I would definitely recommend this product!

The media could not be loaded. I took a chance on this power bank since it's a new item without any reviews yet, but the specs were so impressive for the price that I went ahead and bought it. And, WOW, I'm so glad I did. This thing powered my Nintendo Switch for over six hours as well as charged my phone twice before getting down to one bar of remaining power. I worried the display might be faulty at first since I found it hard to believe it was still going strong after my fourth hour of gaming, but it turns out this thing is simply a powerhouse ! Not only that, the company emailed me a few days after I received it just to make sure I was happy with my power bank, and I have to say that's a nice change from most other sellers who sell you junk and then are impossible to get a hold of.

I was using it to charge up my speaker when I ride and after a couple months they AC output quit working and I contacted the manufacturer the company and the customer support is awesome if you have any trouble with your product contacting they're awesome
