Shalini Water Lily Live Plant Bulb -Pack Of Two ( Rhizome With Small Leaves And Roots)

The product description says 'rhizome with roots' but they sent a bulb that had already decayed. It came wrapped in plastic without any moist paper wrapping as is the case with most products of this kind. The bulb was not firm it had become soggy. I took a second opinion from my gardener who also declared it as of no use.
