Thickened my hair
I took it for a few weeks and it made my hair thicker

Pleasantly surprised after a few weeks
These are tiny tablets. I must admit because they were so cheap i wasn't expecting miracles. I had looked at various products all much pricier and with guarantees. My nails had been flaky and breaking for a few months where they'd normally grown quite long. I needed something to help them. I also hoped they would help with my hair growth where i could cut it more frequently while still having it long so the condition would be better.After a week i noticed my nails were much longer. I couldn't believe it. My nails had kept breaking way down the nail bed where it would take well into two months to repair and grow a natural length. I had always felt suspicious of reviews claiming to see a difference like this in the first week and didn't think it possible. However, they have kept growing and are now growing to their long length as before and are looking much stronger.One unexpected and dramatic difference i noticed in the first few weeks is that my flaky scalp has completely cleared up and looks naturally moist/healthy. Normally when i comb my hair in the morning and do the parting i notice how dry it is. Despite trying various leave in conditioners and oil treatments over night at times for years, nothing cleared it up. I just accepted it was not something i could do anything about. I was taken aback when i did my parting and suddenly noticed how clear it was. In disbelief i started looking all over my scalp and it was completely clear. I'm totally amazed and can point to nothing other than this supplement. This will eventually lead to much healthier growth from roots to tip. I have only been taking this product for a couple of months and noticed the results pretty quickly. I feel no doubt that in 6 months my hair will be well improved. I am happy to recommend this product. I intend to take it on a permanent basis now.

Biotin tablets
The biotin tablets arrived on time.The only negative thing to report is the container. It is at times difficult to open.A screw cap would have been much preferable. But otherwise great value for money.

Does what it says. Adds growth and strength to hair and nails
No dislikes. To help strength and growth my nails. I have suffered with weak splitting nails for a few years and repeated bacteria attacks on them. I have a bacteria product but needed a strengthener and growth product. This product of biotin provides just that effectively and ecnomically

New item so cannot say what the results will be. Other reviews are good for hair, nails and anxiety. The pack is different so you know which one you are picking up but the tops fly off sometimes as they are not attached the item. They are normal white and round and easy to swallow. I cannot yet say after 3 weeks as to whether there is an improvement of any of the items mentioned. However it as it is a vitamin that is difficult to measure so if you are missing any in your body it will not show up in blood. Excess is excreted and I did look at several other reviews and there seem to be no cons mentioned. The cost is nearly £10 so if you have great hair, lovely nails and never experience any stress or anxiety it is not for you, otherwise read the review and decide for yourself. Update:- after several weeks can see no difference in hair, nails or depression - sadly.
