My children love this toy, it's better than similar items as it has more for them to do. They love adding the 'icing' with the little tool and popping on some candles or sprinkles. It's played with nearly every day and definitely worth every penny. The cakes are a good size, they are excellent quality, we love a wooden toy as it is but the Velcro style top allows for endless opportunities to decorate. We have hours of fun decorating both the cake and cupcakes and I'd recommend to any parent

In our family we have so many melissa and doug toys. They are always made really well and are child safe, this cake is no different and was well received as a 2nd birthday gift, the kids attempted to "blow out" the candle. Good value for money, well made and durable, would recommend

Well worth the money. Very sturdy product and accessories perfect for toddlers unlike some other toys. Very impressed with the amount of accessories it comes with and the play ideas behind the accessories included. My son hasn't stopped playing with this since Christmas day (nor have we!)

Beautiful toy with a great deal on price. Lovely quality and presentation was great. Really nice addition to my friends granddaughter s toy kitchen set. Plus you can add items on the cake and it has candles. Highly recommend and was really pleased with this buy.

Really pleased with this toy. It is very good quality, and provides a good all round learning experience. Far more interesting than just slicing up a ready decorated toy cake. The child can enjoy choosing toppings and placing candles and the different ways it can be played with are endless-taking orders as to what topping you'd like, counting out the correct number of candles, nlearning names/colours of toppings, fractions, etc. This was bought for a 2 year old who is really enjoying it. The tray in which it is displayed is also useful for storage.

My 3yo absolutely loves this cake - the amount of play time she's got from it is more than I ever expected. Cutting, serving us a slice with the toppings she chooses and a candle. Great quality too, can tell it will last for a long time, and I much prefer wooden toys over plastic too. Highly recommended

Comes with lots of pieces for pretend play. My son randomly started watching Blues Clues, and this popped up right in time for his birthday. It was a great deal so I couldn’t pass it up. It was one of his favorite gifts!!. He had fun making the cake and using the ribbons to “write” on it. My 7 and 11 year old even found it fun to use. My only complaint would be that it collects dust and debris :/. But overall it’s super cute and lots of fun for little kids
