I thought I would try this out rather than buying loads of smart plugs. I like the way the sockets are international and also have gate covers over the live and neutral terminals to stop little fingers and dirt from getting in. All four sockets can be individually named and can have differing schedules set in the app. The instructions are tiny but with the help of bright lights and my camera phone, the instructions were very easy to follow and the whole thing was set up in a matter of minutes. Adding an Alexa skill was also very simple. The strip can also turn on and off all sockets and all the USBs using the power button, but not the individuals socket as in the app. I will definitely be buying some more of these to smarten some of my not-smart devices.

The intimal install of the produce was relatively trivial, though I had issues with the Smart Life app finding the strip initially on the guest network. I eventually switched to my main Wi-Fi network to setup the power strip in the end.I was disappointed about the Alexa skill integration, which was the main reason for getting the strip in the first place. Though switching sockets on/off works well from the Smart Life app, I found that the individual plugs were initially discovered by Alexa, but would randomly disappear. Also when the plugs were shown, though you could see the plugs in the device section of Alexa, it would fail when I tried to turn the plugs on/off - pointless!

This is the 5th one of these I have. I use them for my aquariums to turn on/off lights, air pumps ect. Each socket outlet is controllable by the app. set timers ect. The usb outlets are classed as one outlet only. Very pleased with this buy.

Bought this for my fish tank lights,Works absolutely fine, runs with the smartlife app, and every thing I've bought that works with that app has had no issues. Connection is easier than the previous ones I've connected.
