Med is Small, Large is Medium, and XL is Large.
Great shirts but the sleeves and length from to to bottom needs to be just a bit longer on size large, like half an inch longer. But over all is a great buy. Size large is not bad it’s form fitting not too tight, not to loose. But if you are muscular or medium build, go one size up from L to XL.

Excelente pero, pide una talla más grande!
Excelente diseño y calidad, sólo pidan una talla más grande, yo soy XL y tu ve que devolverla porque me quedabaja muy ajustada, la volví a comprar en XXL porque están geniales, de hecho compré 3 de diferente color

Comfortable, Well-made, and probably unavailable for the near future
This shirt is well made, fits perfectly, and is made of a mesh material that allows for a comfort-giving air flow. The only drawback to this shirt is its availability - M-Tac is a Ukranian company that understandably appears to be having issues at the moment with maintaining inventory.
