Beautiplove 1200ml Aromatherapy Essential Oil Diffuser Humidifier, 20 Hours Cool Mist Control, 7 LED Color Changing Lamps and Waterless Auto Shut-off

The company reached out to me and sent me a replacement after I posted my review. The replacment works well and am happy with the replaced product.Very unhappy with purchase. Very little mist even on high and I did read the manual to make sure I was setting it up per instructions. Maybe the product I received is not working properly?? Because I have bought other brands at lower prices and they beat this products performance.Paying more doesn't always mean you get a better product.

We enjoyed this at first, but the the inside piece that has to be screwed into the top part of the unit, broke, and the unit also no longer "seeded" properly after very limited use in just six months! We are disappointed. I am hoping to contact the company and see if they will send a replacement, in which case, I would be impressed and revise my rating.

I bought this June 22 2018 and it already stopped working? I am honestly so upset. It worked so good when I first got it and now it doesn’t work at all. Trying to Contact someone about it is inevitably hard. SO BUMMED

The product looks and works as described, just in time for dry winter weather. A great multi-function product that combines humidifer, aroma diffuser, night light functions. Happy with the purchase.

I used it as a humidifier the night it arrived. Oh my God!!! It was the best sleep I ever have since I moved to Houston six months ago. I always found it difficult to have a sound sleep because of the dry air in the night. I will have no hesitation to recommond it to all my friends.

I love the fact I don’t have to fill this with water twice a day. It lasts for a long time.I put this in my living room area. It’s perfect for winter weather and the start of everyone getting sick. I’ve used it 5-6 times so far. And seems to be working fine.

purchased 4 units. I love the units but 2 of the green washers on cap has become mushy and is falling apart. I would like to purchase several of these to keep on hand. I have only used 100% essential oils so don't know why this is happening. Also had one unit that that the light doesnt work to show when on. I see no information on how to contact Beautiplove and the units are actually still under warranty. Any suggestions??? PLEASE HELP
