Q: Why am I not receiving message notifications after following all instructions

I'm assuming you have Bluetooth turned on and that your phone software can see your connection. For example you can see your steps. From the home screen select device. Select the SMS icon. Here you can see all the apps that can communicate with your wrist device. Select and turn on the required apps. Note not all apps, are supported. If you still cannot connect, restart your phone. I trust this helps.

Hello, Customer, It does not monitor blood oxygen throughout the day and requires you to monitor it manually.
