I returned this item due to returning costume is was suppose to go with. I didn’t like how short is was and also fit smaller around the waist than expected.

Looks exactly as described and shown. Worked perfectly for my daughter's costume. Definitely a good product!

I'm 4'11" and this was perfect. I needed it for a Halloween costume. But I would suggest ordering a size up, it just a little too snug, normally I'm a large.

I’m 5’11” tall and the petticoat wasn’t even ankle length on me, let alone floor length. Would likely be ok for people under 5’5”. I’m returning.

the only reason it’s 4 and not 5 stars is because i’m a small person, but the velcro strap to go around my waist is SO SMALL. i think the “one size fits most” is bc if you can’t fit with the velcro, there is laces you can tie around you to make it fit. i just think there could be a better sizing solution. like maybe don’t make the waist SO small like it is.
