5Pcs Cat Litter Box Pee Shields,
They work but some effort is required to maintain. I had to resort to ducktape to hold them together as the wet ruins the velcro over time. They will need replaced periodically.

Adhesive is only on bottom
I was mislead by the photo and chose this one because I thought there was adhesive vertically in addition to horitzontally, which is not the case. The arrow in the photo was misleading. Adhesive seems strong and thankfully allows you to remove & reattach because it took me several attempts to get the guards where I wanted them. I purchased 3 sheets but am wishing I bought 4. Since there isnât anything sealing the guards together vertically, I allowed some extra overlap, lessening the guarded perimeter.

better than most
The nano-tape is a much better idea than the velcro. It's overpriced, though. You can buy a large roll of nano tape very cheap and pieces of plastic like this at the dollar tree (flexible cutting mats in kitchen section).

Does the job
The adhesive is not very strong & does not stick well to my stainless steel litterbox. However, I just kind of lean it between the box & the wall, and it serves its purpose. So, for the price, I think it was a worthwhile purchase.

If You Have Cats You Want These
I bought a couple sets of these when I was replacing my plastic litter boxes with the nice stainless steel ones. I am *really* glad that I did.The laundry room, where we kept the litter boxes, was always a little bit stinky, even on a good day. I would sometimes find a puddle of cat pee on the floor. And there were often pee stains on the wall. Cleaning this up was a real pain in the butt. I keep a bottle of Nature's Miracle on hand, which works really well. But the pee would sometimes get up under the litter box so I had to pick it up and clean the bottom of it and the floor with paper towels, then spray the Nature's Miracle underneath the box and on the floor. A full litter box is heavy. And it's tough to clean the bottom when you're trying really hard to not get any of the urine on you. These splash guards made all the difference in the world. I bought two of those stainless steel litter boxes and put them side by side, touching each other. Then I used these splash shields on the back and the sides, leaving the front open. I did have to tape a couple of the shields together with packing tape, there where the two litter boxes were touching in the back, so that there wasn't a gap in the splash guards where they might hit the wall.Since then there have been *NO* puddles of urine on the floor at all. And nothing on the wall either. I can see whenever a cat pees and it hits the plastic shield, rather than going directly into the cat litter. Wow! It happens a lot! No wonder there was always some stinkiness in the room. When they do hit the plastic shield there can be a bit of a smell from the urine, but I just squirt the pee stain on the plastic with a bit of Nature's Miracle. I don't even have to wipe it up. I just let the enzymes do their thing. No muss, no fuss, no smell. The adhesive that holds the Velcro to the inside of the litter box and to the back of the pee shield seems to be really good. I've been using these for months and they are not coming loose at all, as far as I can tell.Do yourself a favor and use these plastic shields with stainless steel litterboxes. Keep a bottle of Nature's Miracle nearby to squirt on the shields as needed. It will make a huge difference.
