Fourplay: 1 (Ever After Duet)

It was a fun read but I prefer some of Jane Rylon's other Menage books better. Only thing that really bothered me was the the age of the Male characters, being only 30 and already so successful, mega rich lawyers.

This was the first Jayne Rylon book I’ve read, even though I have many of hers on my Kindle. Ménage is my favorite erotic genre, and this duet doesn’t disappoint. Kari has been lusting after her bosses, Ford, Brady, and Josh almost from the time she began working for them. Little does she know, they all feel the same, and so much more. They don’t want to scare her off, but they also don’t want to risk losing her. When someone tries to interrupt their plans at love, Kari and the hottie trio will be tested in many ways.I loved both books in this series. There’s some suspense, and a whole lot of heat between Kari and her lawyer bosses. A fairly quick read, but lots of story.

This book ends in a cliffhanger, but so worth it. Ford, Josh and Brady are the best of friends, and share a law practice, their home, and their women. They are very different from each other, but they just blend together perfectly. Now, they are hoping to find the woman that would fit with all three of them, and build a relationship with her. Enter in, Kari, their assistant. She has went through something recently, that she is still recovering from, but all three of them are very attracted to her. From there, it is the most wonderful story. Their relationship is steamy hot, but it is also so caring, and full of love. It is very well written, and pulls you into the story, so that you don't want to stop reading. I loved this book, znd am waiting very impatiently for the next book. I highly recommend it.

I waited to read this book until I recieved the second book of this duet, and I am glad I did. Loved this story. Kari love the lawfirm she worked for and her three bosses, Josh, Brady and Ford were the best bosses and so drool worthy. She basically ran the office and her feelings for her bosses ran deep. Little did she know they all had feeling for her and they liked it that wat. The three of them all wanted to share her. The complications of such a relationship and the fact they are her bosses adds to her self doubt. After she is assaulted by an ex employee and he becomes her stalker, her men ban together to try and protect her. There is never a dull moment in the book, it is fast paced and exciting and the sexy scenes are amazing.

We finally get to read about Cooper’s trio of bosses, and their ever efficient assistant. Jayne helps us see the inner workings of very successful partners - along with their insecurities and dreams. Kari, their assistant, has been through a trauma and all the players are struggling in dealing with it. By mid-story I was cheering on Kari, yelling at bone headed assumptions, and laughing out loud when Kari and Andi discuss their situations! While I usually hate cliffhangers, Jayne throws us a bone by having Book 2 ready. Go ahead and read, feel the tension, laugh out loud, yell about the ending, and count the minutes until Book 2! It will be worth the angst!!
