While it's not a major problem, it doesn't glide as smoothly as I had hoped. I occasionally struggle to move it across my floor, which can be a bit inconvenient.That said, if you prioritize style and appearance, this chair is a fantastic choice. It's comfortable to sit in, and the build quality seems sturdy. If you don't mind a bit of resistance when gliding, it's definitely worth considering. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others who value both aesthetics and functionality.

After a week of regular use, the aluminum base has warped enough that the wheels will no longer turn. They roll (in one direction), but they won't rotate around due to the tilt that has developed in each of the 5 "legs" where they're attached. I was able to straighten each leg using vise-grips, and I suppose I'll be re-straightening them every week or so until I can work out a better solution.This is a ridiculous flaw that should not be in a chair at this price. It does look nice, and my initial impression was pretty great. But come on, if I can bend the base with my hands (I'm not that strong), and it gets this bent out of shape from a week of use by a 140lb lady, its really not a good chair. And not worth this price.
