Women's Joy Serena Ankle Boot - Ladies Everyday Boots with Concealed Orthotic Arch Support

This is one of those purchases where reading the reviews,(and I read them all, or close to it) does not help at all. Either people "loved them" or "hated them," "worst fit ever," "worst shoe ever" or "the best thing I've ever had on my feet." I think they are the most fabulous, cutest, most comfortable ankle boots I have EVER tried on! I have wanted these for a LONG time, I have always loved VIONIC but some of the reviews scared me off since they were/are quite pricey. I really didn't hold out much hope that I would like them, so I was more than pleasantly surprised. I will probably wear them with thin socks and skinny jeans/jeans but they are comfortable without socks. I have flat, severely arthritic feet(only in my 40's), so Vionic has been a miracle for me. Thanks Amazon and Vionic, these are amazing!! Highly recommend!

I ordered an 8.5 even though I usually wear an 8. Glad I did! They’re super comfy, and my foot doesn’t slide around while wearing socks. Plenty of room in the toe box, and supportive in the arch (I have pretty high arches.) First day of wear, I wore em for 10 hours straight, and my feet didn’t hurt. They’re really pretty boots too. I got lots of compliments. Definitely will be purchasing moreVionics! These are my new go-tos for wearing to work.

Really cute boot, great interior, but Vionic, please get your sizes straight! I love my two pairs of Vionic sandals that have a wonderful fit and fabulous arch support. But I normally wear a size 11/Euro 42, and these boots are toe-crushingly small. They felt like a size 9. Thank goodness I could return them,but really wish they were sized properly. It wouldn't be a problem if I wore a size 7 and could just order bigger sizes until they fit, but 11 is as big as they're made.Update: Finally found a pair of short boots that fit my gigantic feet. The Whisper by Hotter. Not as sleek as these, but after I added a Birkenstock orthotic, they are a dream fit. Super soft and nice toe box.

I am a true 8. With the mix reviews, I decided to purchase a 8 and 8 wideth. I bought the greige color. It was more of a Smokey dark grey instead of a dark browish taupe color I was looking for.There was no difference in the width where the toe part is. I wouldn’t recommend this shoes for anyone that has issues finding shoes because of toes reason and needs wide shoes. They measure about the same in that department In the toe area. It was 3.75 inches long.There was only a difference was in the ankles which I have no issues with.I did try it without thick and thin ankle socks and no socks.The thick ankle socks are both unbelievable tight. The thin socks was okay. Without socks was the best. I prefer to wear with socks.I do have a minor issue with my left pinky toes. My foot is a little wider. Never have to order a wide shoe. It’s not a major issue. But I did find that both of them didn’t crushed it but irritated that toe.I would recommend this shoe ONLY if you have no issues with toe width. If you have issues with ankle wideth, order the wideth. Order a half size or full size up.I will be returning because it wasn’t the color I was hoping for. beside the toe issue, they feel like they can be very comfortable shoes.

holy cow. I am a reliable 7-7.5 depending on shoe size. i could not get my feet into these. the suede upper is incredibly stiff. with no flexibility, and given the style, it's impossible. in addition, while the style is appealing, the construction is inadequate. the sole material seems flimsy and the top of suede bootie is a raw cut, sharp against skin. i ordered a wide since boots tend toward narrow fits and the wide is completely off.

I love Vionic shoes and am hoping that the company will contact me to make this right and I will update this review. This is my third pair of boots. The other two are going strong after a year. This pair is not even two months old and has started to separate at the front sole(see picture). I’m extremely disappointed, as this is not the quality I’ve come to expect from this company. I have multiple sandals as well, and have never had a quality issue or concern. I did not hesitate to purchase these because the quality always matches the price. However, this time it did not. Can someone please contact me to make this right?

Very stylish. But, unfortunately, one of the most uncomfortable pair of boots I've purchased in awhile.The leather is hard as cardboard and the shoes rub me the wrong way...literally! I had blisters on my inner ankle (near where the bone sticks out) and the heel of my foot the first time I were them. Ouch!Didn't help that I had also just bought a pair of the most comfy Hush Puppies ever. Guess which one is my "go to" this season?

These boots are awesome! They are just what I was looking for to wear with all of the ankle pants. The only thing they are lacking is the arch support. There is some there, but not as much as usual for the Vionic brand. So I just bought a pair of the Vionic dress shoe inserts and put them in on top of the existing arch support. The two together make it just right for me. Cute boots, cute tassels on the outside! I love them and bought them in 2 colors already!!

These boots are so comfortable. For a person with very flat arches, I am able to wear these all day long without any discomfort. I walk a lot at my job. They even arrived earlier than expected.

Nice boots, very comfortable,however I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that the bottom of the heels were PLASTIC!!!I had to take them to the shoemaker to have them replaced for another $20. This is something that should definitely be changed considering the price of the boots to begin with.!!!
