I am sitting on it right now, to write the review. It is the 18"x16"x3" cushion. It really makes a difference on these old hurt hips on my wooden chair at the computer. I am a larger person (not huge but no where near petite) and over 140 pounds-that's why I chose this cushion- meant for >140 pound people. I have tried a number of cushions and the problem was always that a plain square cushion or a couple of pillows never could do what this cushion does- which is twofold- it has a cutout so my tailbone doesn't get sore like it always did after hours on the computer, and second- the front tapers down. I never gave it much thought before, but having the taper means the cushion isn't constantly digging in and applying unneeded pressure on the back of my thighs. Both the cutout and the front edge taper really make quite a difference. The soft fabric on top is nice. The rubber grips (on my chair at least) stop it from moving around so well, that I have not needed to use the removable strap at all. I cannot speak to durability as I haven't had it that long yet, but it seems well made and sturdy. Like anything that is memory foam- it sinks down when weight is on it, but it still gives some cushioning as needed, and when I get up, it (so far) fairly quickly bounces back to it's normal height of close to 3". All in all- I am very happy with it, and intend to get another for the easy chair in the living room-which lost it's 'easy' many years ago.

I originally bought one of these for myself to use as a cushion in the backseat in my sister's car. I was always in such pain, but this cushion took all of that pain away. The second one I bought was for my sister when she found herself needing a wheelchair to get around. It helped make the pain of sitting in the wheelchair go away. I highly recommend this cushion for anyone, both wheelchair bound and not.

When an elder member of the family has to spend any extended amount of time in a wheelchair, a pad like this is absolutely necessary to prevent pressure sores from taking hold. This is not a luxury purchase; it is a heath care must. It is firm and held up beautifully for the abuse we put it through. I do recommend this cushion.

The strap fits perfectly when extended to the Razer Iskur XL gaming chair and it is much needed given the Iskurs lack of padding. The strap holds this pillow in place perfectly unlike other options and it's soft enough to not raise your height to cause issues not aligning with the back of the chair or cutting off circulation to your legs. The only downside is this foam seat does tend to heat up after an hour or so of use. You might ask yourself then why not just get another one that has cooling gel? Well the problem therein is few other cushions are as big and more importantly almost none of them have cooling gel and a waterfall edge that helps prevent cutting off circulation to your legs. I ended up not using the cover and using a pillow case/sheet instead and it seems to be fine. So the additional heat is from the fabric they used on the original seat cushion it seems and not the foam itself as the foam has lots of large holes to help with air circulation.

Does improve seat comfort. Cushion is strong enough not to collapse around you, and soft enough to cushion.

Initially bought got my frail elderly mother, then used by my father … but we all appreciate using it (not only for wheelchairs which it fits snugly as designed). This is quite a thick pad but it’s gives excellent support even for thighs and zero pressure on tailbone and keeps cool. Actually we love it.

This memory foam seat cushion is amazing. I have bought 3. One for my manual transport chair in the house, one for my electric wheelchair and a third which came so quickly thank goodness because my husband left it on the roof of the vehicle and we drove away with it on top. I was happy I had one at home in my manual chair but didn't need to take my house one out because the replacement was here before I used my outdoor electric wheelchair. They really help when sitting for so long.
