Great Product
My wife uses a makeup remover every evening. Because she has had a negative skin reaction to a lot of products, it's a challenge for us to find ones that are good quality and work well for her. I saw this cleanser from ORBIS, and decided to get it for her to try. It's our first product from this brand, but we are impressed. My wife has been using it successfully for weeks now.The cleanser dispenses easily from the bottle, with a pump that serves out a controlled amount. The cleanser itself is quite a bit thicker than other ones my wife has tried in the past. It cleanses effectively, with a noticeable, and pleasant, hydrating effect. For my wife, the best part is that is does not cause any negative skin reactions. This is a great cleanser. It works well, and is gentle on skin. I recommend it.

Not a big fan of this remover, but it does remove make-up --- Very thick, feels sticky
Not sure this product is a makeup remover only, or a remover and cleanser. For me, it works better as a makeup remover. As a cleanser, it does not make my face feel entirely clean. This makeup remover is really thick and leaves redness to my upper eye lids and above my eyebrows when applying, but the redness disappears shortly after. I mostly use this remover for eye make - up removal , and it works well for that, but it is very thick and doesn't easily glide across my eyelids or face when being used with my fingers or with a cotton makeup pad. The thick, sticky consistency does not make this remover/cleanser a favorite choice of mine, but this product does work. As recommended, you should use a face cleanser after using this product. The company makes its own cleanser/face wash, which probably makes cleaning off the remover much easier. Alone, this product leaves my skin feeling a bit sticky, and not necessarily dry, not necessarily moisturized. Furthermore, I prefer more natural products with fewer chemicals, and this product has natural ingredients, but it also has its chemicals. It also has a very subtle glue-like scent. Not a big fan of this remover, but this make-up remover does do the job, and it probably comes off of your face much easier when used with the company's cleanser.

love - removes everything
ORBIS Cleansing Liquid Makeup RemoverThis is a really unique cleanser - it isn't quite an oil and it isn't quite a soap. I applied two pumps to my face and left it on for a minute or two. I used water to rinse this off and it actually removed my makeup in one step for light makeup. For heavier "waterproof" makeup, I used this on a cotton round This has an oily texture but it is not oily at all. It is also very soothing and doesn't cause any irritation. I just found the ORBIS line and it is really wonderful. This comes in a clear plastic pump bottle and the one I received hasn't been fully integrated for the US market It is made in Japan and contains 150ml. There is no expiration date on the bottle but I think I would use this up easily in two months.#alcohol-free #fragrance & essential oil-freeKey IngredientsAntioxidant: Tocopherol, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf ExtractSkin-identical ingredient: Alanine, Glycine, Serine, Sodium HyaluronateSoothing: Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf ExtractALL INGREDIENTS BY FUNCTIONAntimicrobial/antibacterial: Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf ExtractBuffering: Citric Acid, Sodium CitrateChelating: Sodium CitrateEmollient: PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate, CyclopentasiloxaneEmulsifying: PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, PEG-12 Diisostearate, PEG-45 StearateMoisturizer/humectant: Glycereth-12, Propanediol, Butylene Glycol, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Sodium HyaluronatePreservative: Phenoxyethanol, MethylparabenSolvent: Dipropylene Glycol, Water (Aqua), Cyclopentasiloxane, Propanediol, Butylene GlycolSurfactant/cleansing: PEG-20 Glyceryl Isostearate, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, PEG-45 Stearate, Propylene Glycol IsostearateViscosity controlling: Glycereth-12IngredientsDipropylene Glycol, Water (Aqua), PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate, PEG-20 Glyceryl Isostearate, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Diphenylsiloxy Phenyl Trimethicone, PEG-12 Diisostearate, PEG-45 Stearate, Glycereth-12, Cyclopentasiloxane, Propylene Glycol Isostearate, Propanediol, Butylene Glycol, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Tocopherol, Alanine, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Glycine, Serine, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Sodium Hyaluronate, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben

Works well!
I ordered this and it arrived within a day or 2 without being damaged or leaking. I opened it and right away and decided to try out that night before bed. I have for some time been using cleansers and moisurizers but have been skipping the step where I would use a make up remover, and just hoped the cleanser got it all. I have often felt that it didn't always remove all my makeup so decided using this would be a true test. I went ahead and washed my face with my cleanser like I normally do and gently patted it dry. Then I pumped a little of this out and rubbed it across my face. I was a little surprised to see HOW MUCH makeup came off my face in the moments after. Clearly I now realize the need for this product as part of my bedtime routine, espeically on days when I wear make up. I am glad I ordered this and suggest anyone who wears makeup use a makeup removing product.liked the aesthetics of the product packaging. I know this is no indication of how the product will actually measure up, but couldn't help notice that I thought it was pretty, the type that you would leave out on the counter and not put away when cleaning up. I tried this the same evening I got it and liked the fact that it had a pump to dispense, as I always feel like there is less wastage this way. I applied it to my skin and was surprised to find that it is a very liquidy cream based cleanser. I didn't expect this to be soo runny so lost some in the initial application process. Despite that, I found that using it did what it was supposed to do. It cleansed my skin without drying it out or leaving traces of makeup. I think this is a pretty good cleanser and do recommend it for anyone who prefers a cream based cleanser.

I found the trick to using this
I am a fan of Asian beauty products. I typically use K Beauty (Korean) makeup remover products. I like the oil makeup removers because they do not break out my face and they remove all traces of makeup. I was curious to try the ORBIS makeup remover from Japan to see the differences. This cleanser is thicker than the ones from Korea that I have been using. It pumps out like a thicker serum. There is no smell, which I appreciate. For best results, I use a dampened baby washcloth, which are ideal for using on your face. I did a quick wipe of my face. Then I added the makeup remover to my face. I found a little water helped the remover spread out more across my face. Now this is my trick to help the product last longer. I used less product with that method than if I put the makeup remover on a dry face. Then I used the dampened cloth to wipe away the makeup. It instantly dissolved stay all day lipstick. It got off the pigmented eyeshadows I favor. It even took care of black eyeliner. What it did not do was remove mascara, which I did not expect it to do. I have to use a special mascara remover these days as mascaras have become more difficult to remove.I then got into the shower and did my facial cleansing routine. My skin felt soft, not oily at all.The next day I woke up and had zero breakouts. No rosacea flare ups. No issues.I use Asian beauty products because I find them to be super gentle and non-irritating for my sensitive skin. I am glad I got to try the ORBIS cleansing liquid makeup remover. I would prefer it be less thick, but that's my preference. I am just thankful to have a non scented, non irritating product in my arsenal.
