Dear customer, 1.The gel blaster gun can not fire normally in the first time use ,because gel blaster gun launch channel is very dry , after shoot over 20 rounds shooting,the gel blaster gun launch channel will be get wet then splatter ball gun will return to normal performance 2.when no gel ball shoot out normally, please release magazine out and check if gel blaster have broken gel ball inside and clean it. 3.When secure the gel ball ,please release the gel blaster spring gently,because the gel ball is very easy broken. This orbeez gun can hold 50 pcs gel ball in magazine, and this orbeez gun can load 6-9 pcs gel ball in clip, This orbeez gun have an unique design called bolt-hold open function, it's locked when clip is empty to remind you reload gel balls.please check the video how to quit bolt-hold mode
