Finally: A Lean Project Delivery Playbook
David Umstot and Dan Fauchier’s new book, Lean Project Delivery, packs decades of research and experience into a tight, well-ordered overview and “playbook” for design and construction leaders and practitioners. An arsenal of Lean practices -- Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), Target Value Delivery (TVD), Choosing by Advantages, Concurrent Engineering, Pull Planning, etc. -- Lean Project Delivery takes aim at construction’s stagnant productivity, excessive waste and uncertain outcomes. More than for just practitioners, college construction professors will find Lean Project Delivery an essential resource in training the next generation of construction professionals.Mark Sands, Building Catalyst

Comprehensive, practical and well illustrated
Lean Project Delivery provides history, theory, practical tools and examples. It is well illustrated and very easy to read and understand. I'm recommending it to all of my clients with capital projects. It is the best comprehensive resource I've read applying Lean principles and practices to construction.
