Initially the product works as advertised... there doesn't seem to be any info about where you can download Win 7/10 drivers and BIOS updates. Kingdel's website doesn't seem to provide an appropriate driver download page. Minus 1 star for after purchase support.Discovered that the unit maybe unstable, randomly corrupt boot screen shows Braswell with a big garbage confetti strip at the bottom of the screen (heat?), probably related to BIOS issues. Unfortunately, the you can't update the BIOS as a newer bios doesn't exist. Returned the item. Also, the antenna cable came loose inside so initially the wifi didn't work either.Really wanted to like it because it was silent, no moving parts. Product still has a ways to go in terms of quality and support.Another thing that really irked me, according to a little card inside that comes with the product, you *have* to provide a five star rating on Amazon if you want a full (assuming) retail Win 10 license. Minus 1 star for this practice.

First off.. unit is EXACTLY as advertised. If you dont like what you got, read the description.It is more upgradeable and modular than I expected.The CPU is a bit slow, but it is the choice of the vendor, and there are plenty of reviews of the chipset used. Again, you aregetting what you see in the listing.I did find that removing Power saving mode (switching it to performance) in the BIOS did speed up the system somewhat.Overall, it is a great value, well assembled, and clearly tested. I am using this one for a POS, and I am thrilled with it.Had I known it was so modular (RAM, SD, WiFi) I may have gotten a less featured unit and added those parts myself.They even bundle the extra cables (SATA control and Power) you need in case you add another internal drive.Two BIG thumbs up. Keep it up

Bought 8 of these units, running some very basic program on them, nothing that would stress the processor at all. 3 have completely died and one more is acting like its on its way out.At first they were great, but after a few months of use they are just not holding up well at all. We have some Lenovo units the same size as these and have had zero issues with those units.

Arrived on time. Build quality is VERY high. Excellent price, Worked right out of the box on Windows. Reformatted it and tested Ubuntu 16, Ubuntu 18, Mint 18.3, Mint 19 beta; all worked perfectly. The finish is clean. Includes internal drive cables for adding an extra internal drive. Really couldn't be happier. Had an issue and Brett resolved it IMMEDIATELY!

Flawless startup process out of the box with Win10Pro. Heavy aluminum enclosure and heat sink system keeps machine at very reasonable temperature which will easily allow for a operation in a DirtBag protective bag within a challenging industrial environment without overheating or need for cleaning due to fanless design. So far very happy!

Fanless design runs silently, works flawlessly right from the box. A great little machine for the price. Should the need arise, would purchase another.

This machine is doing great so far - we are running it as a firewall running untangle.
