PRESTIGE COSMETICS Waterproof Eyeliner, Suede, 0.05 Oz

I love this color. I use it as an eyebrow pencil because most "eyebrow" brown eyebrow pencils contain too much red and therefore just don't look natural and because it goes on smoothly. The only downside is that you need a sharpener and it finishes sooo fast (sometimes because of the sharpener). A lot of the pencil is wasted due to constant sharpening (2 to 3X per application). As you reach the end of the pencil the hard end prevents you from sharpening. I think Prestige should either make each package two for one or a longer pencil!

As one of those women who only ever reapplies lipstick, I try to use other cosmetic products that won't require constant refreshing. That is why I was so pleased with this modest little eyeliner pencil. Not only is the color subtle enough to work as the sole lid enhancement, but it doesn't disappear during the day. There may be a slight change from the morning application, but the product is a survivor.

I ordered this eyeliner based on the reviews. I found it very easy to apply, but unfortunately, it didn't stay on for even 15 minutes. Every eyeliner pencil I have used, rubs off right away. I want a subtle smudged look, but have not yet found a product that stays on other than liquid eyeliner, which, for me, is too harsh looking.

Actually waterproof! Great for dark blonde / light brown brows.

This was to replace a like eyeliner. Doesn't goon as smooths I would like, but it is a great color for me and lasts for a very long time. Great value also!

I like how they glide on my lids. I wish they stay in place and do not find their way to my lower lash .

This is my favorite eyeliner pencil. It doesn't pull, goes on smoothly and lasts all day.
