Nice Doll!

She is lovely - Her face is so beautiful. One thing to bare in mind, her hair is stuck down with glue under her hat. I washed it out with a tiny bit of shampoo and warm water, brushing out the glue and she is now perfect.Overall she is worth the money for any bratz fan!

My Nevra arrived today but I was shocked to see that under her hat, she’s nearly bald.I thought at first it was just the gel causing it as the hair was solid, stuck to the head but after washing the gel out I realised it was because there is hardly any hair on the top of the dolls head. Really disappointed.

I opened up the parcel and realised that half her eyebrow was missing and couldn’t return it as it was already opened

The doll is fine but the box has been handled terribly the box is covered in so many scuffs it looks like it's been dragged over Rocky floor and there's just random dirt on the box too

First off I want to say as a long time Amazon customer I always appreciated the Amazon Warehouse deals as a cheaper alternative. I have noticed just in this year alone their product checking or quality control is almost nonexistent. Some of the things I have received have been just been unacceptable.I am an out of box collector so a smashed box or a scuffed card does not bother me. When you start to receive dirty, played with or missing items thats when it bothers me. This doll was advertised as like new but was missing her boots. As you know a Bratz dolls shoes are her feet so luckily she came with an extra pair of shoes. The doll itself is beautiful, well made and of the highest quality. As a owner of the original doll I would say it's close reproduction. Is it exactly like the original? No, the make up is darker and the fabrics are not exact. You also have to realize it's been over 20 years so it would be almost impossible to get a hold of the same textiles used in the original. The original did not come with an extra outfit because she came with the runway so this doll has alot of mix and match possibilities that the orginal didn't. I highly recommend buying the doll I do not recommend using Amazon Warehouse deals. I could have returned the doll but her makeup was so perfect I didn't want to. Not to mention it is very hard for me to get to a UPS store in my area.
