The hot water bottle came missing its stopper so cannot be used (old hot water bottle stopper didn’t fit either, so doesn’t seem to be a standard fit). Also it comes in cellophane wrapping that sticks like glue to the pvc bottle so if you remove the bottle to inspect and check it, you’ll never get it back in for the return. Luckily Amazon were great and refunded without need to return it. 1 star given as you can’t post a zero star review.

Bag feels very plasticy and the description says not to pour boiling water into the hot water bag. Not sure why we need to buy it then

After realising that hot water bottles have a shelf life and finding that mine were way out of date I bought this for my daughter. SHe loves the pattern and feeling of the cover. She is now prepared for those cold winter nights!

Seems OK so far, not as soft as a traditional hot water bottle as stiffer so took a while to get the cover on,
