Adjustable chair
Good quality and delivery but it was flat ps k and we did not know this before it arrived other than this it was great

Noise when reclining
Love the chair really comfortable, only issue is it makes a terrible noise when reclining sound's like a creaky door hinge when opening

The chair was faulty so the supplier is sending me a replacement.

Replacment chair - yes possibly another replacement chair
its now about 6weeks after receiving a replacement chair, after receiving a the replacement chair the new chair has developed a loud annoying squeak every time the chair is reclined the chair arm rest have now developed unsightly dips in the fabric.I have a similar chair which I have had for over 6 years arm rest, it has works every day and looks like the first day we bought it
