After some research on google I found a trick. One needs to heat up the pan for 5-10 minutes and then sprickle a few drops of water in them. If the drops evaporate rapidly the pan is not ready yet. The drops needs to "dance around" in the pan and when they are gone. Now a non stick coating has been formed and the pan is ready to use. Start with the oil or margerine and then the meat or whatever you want to fry. Try this and you will find these frying pans to be just AWESOME!I regret buying this one. Ja, det bränner fast om man kör för varmt, väntat men lite mer än jag trodde. Hade jag köpt ny så hade jag nog valt Fiskars norden panna som jag kikade på också. Den har mineral beläggning som jag tror minskar fastbränning. Ersätter inte en gjutjärnspanna för stekning men det visste jag. När det fastnat ha i varm ättika och låta stå en stund. Funkar bra. Annars lätthanterlig och snygg och bra med lock. Lite större än 26cm. Botten är nog 26cm men ovansidan större då kanten är vikt, skulle säga 28cm. Lite för stort, oväntat.

These pans are amazing! I have 2 now. They cook so well and clean up quickly. It helps to read up a little on cooking with stainless steel. Once you get the technique down it’s so easy! These are sturdy, easy to clean and handle on the stove!

The interior measurement gauge and no rivet design makes using and cleaning this pot an easy task. I cannot judge quantity, so having the measurements marked on the inside are very helpful, especially when adding liquids. The no rivet interior is great as I no longer have to worry about any food particles getting left (hidden) behind in the rivet crevices. So far, I’ve used it for creating soup concoctions, Mac n cheese concoctions and various pasta concoctions. The heat seems to do great being evenly dispersed (I use a gas stove). I’m very pleased with this pot.
