Snug but may stretch-not sure yet
I plan to try these at least a few days around the house on carpet to see if they’ll stretch before school when on my feet all day...Yes, as reviews have stated, toe box is tight, but otherwise I’m wondering if they may just stretch enough because once my tootsies aren’t swollen due to heat they could be perfect. As a teacher, I only wear Clark’s because I trust them..that said, I definitely would’ve ordered 1/2 size up. UPDATE: Other than bit of a drive, rerun process was easy! So I’m ordering half size up..thanks Amazon!

The shoes were too small and I returned them as instructed through local UPS
The shoes were too small and I exchanged them for a half size up. I dropped off the original shoes at a UPS full service store in Franklin, MA store where the clerk scanned the return code. This was over two weeks ago. I don’t know why you are emailing me and telling me that you’re waiting for the shoes. UPS should have sent them back to you by now. How can this be resolved?

Crazy cute
And oh so comfy. I'm done with 3 inch heels but refuse to do frumpy. These shoes fit the bill. They work with a casual outfit or add some pizazz to jeans and tshirt.

Very comfortable
I was looking for a flat that I could wear traveling with a lot of walking and these did the trick. It is hard buying shoes online when it is impossible to try them on but I took a chance and ordered these. Clarks never disappoints, they fit perfectly and are very comfortable, especially when I have been wearing sandals and flip flops all summer. I like the support these give also.

So comfy!!
I’ve been looking for a pair of black flats for months to wear to the office and these hit the mark! I am normally an 8.5 wide and they fit perfectly snug. The width does feel slightly more narrow than a typical wide shoe but the length is great. And the soft leather feels great, no pinching or discomfort. The insole is supportive and soft, and there is a very slight heel height increase which feels great to walk in. I am going to order them in navy as well!

Nice shoes but just a bit short I recommend going up 1/2 a size.
Would buy again perhaps the Black which seems to come with black soles but definitely would 'size-up'.

Perfect flats
These flats go perfect with work attire or with jeans. They look great, feel great and are well made. Great value for the money. Not your cheap flats that don’t last.

Too small
The shoe is very cute, however I am usually a size 12, and this shoe was too short for me. Sadly I have to send it back. The regular width is also quite narrow.

Not able to walk with them
I liked these shoes so much. I used them fir a whole day. They hurt at the back of my heel. Whe I took the picture it was almost healed but it was very soar and I couldn’t walk with these shoes any longer. I put one and then two layers of foam to level them up but then I am not able to walk again as I lose my shoe. The size is all right. It is just the back of the shoe that is too high. As I wore them already I don’t think I am eligible for a refund. The picture shows
