Delicious and nutritious at the same time!
The pasta has a mild flavor of algae and it tastes delicious! When you’re a vegetarian or vegan, it can be tricky to have sufficient intakes of various nutrients ranging from essential amino acids to omegas, lutein and zeaxanthin. I’m glad there is a pasta for that!

Delicious, filling high protein pasta
After having tried pastas / noodles made from alternative sources like chickpeas (falls apart) or kelp (not filling), I'm glad to have found this product - it's still made of durum wheat so it's filling and satisfying, but it also has extra grams of protein vs. conventional pasta. On top of that, it cooks beautifully al dente.

Excellent pasta!!!
I love the algal pasta which has wonderful texture and easy to cook! Especially, it contains most of the essential macro- and micro-nutrients including protein, fiber, fat, iron, calcium vitamins.
