Faulty motor sent
Our slide-out on our motorhome went out. We purchased this and replaced the motor in our slide with the new motor and it still wasn’t working. After hiring specialists and talking to the manufacturer, they informed us that the motor you sent was faulty. We’ve been going round and round to get this motor to work thinking it was on our end…but it’s not. It’s this new motor that you sent to us. We would like to discuss getting a full refund since you sent us a faulty motor/item.

Bought is as a spare after one of my tow motors failed. General RV charged me $1300 to replace one motor. $750 for the motor and 2 hrs labor. Neve again. I can do it myself in about an hour. The product may be ok but have not installed it.
