I love these glasses!
Bought these to use while filming & livestreaming youth sports, in lieu of having to view my video thru the 3.5" screen on the camera. I'd looked at other brands that completely surround your eyes, but these made me VERY uncomfortable while standing up on a ladder or high platform filming, since I couldn't see my surroundings or where I was stepping. These glasses project a 120" view of my film, but I still maintain peripheral vision out the sides and bottom so I can see my surroundings. These glasses are GREAT for this use.I've also used them to view YouTube videos and some sports livestreams (I'm a college rugby fan), and they work really well. HOWEVER, be advised that the major movie streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, HBOMax, etc) block the signal from being projected to an external monitor. As a result, you can't watch movies on these services with these glasses, which would have been oh, so cool. Note that this is coming from the service, not a problem with the glasses.Overall, I love these glasses and they work great for my primary use.

HDMI to usb c
The glasses were a cool thought to have but it didn’t come with the HDMI to usb c that it has in the photos and wasn’t compatible to any other hdmi to usb c so I could never got it to work/ turn on. I watched the video ROkid has on YouTube and it still never worked. I don’t suggest these to anyone. Don’t waste your time

They work ok, blurry at the edges
I returned these in favor of the Nreal (now Xreal) Air glasses, which are more comfortable and have better picture quality. These in particular have a lot of blurring around the edges, which makes it very difficult to clearly read the HUD in many video games. I'd steer clear of these in favor of a newer model and/or a different brand.

Works with Surface Duo
I took a chance on these ar glasses and the Rokid Air works well with Surface Duo. Be sire to have yoir Surface Duo or Android device upgraded to Android 12. Also if you have an Apple lightning adapter you can connect to iPhone using adpater and usb c to hdmi adapter for perfect mirroring. Awesome product especially if you currently wear glassses. Thanks Rokid!

Remember the Opti Grab?
This thing is awful. Let me just put this out there from the start. You shouldn't buy it. It's not fun. It's not cool. And it hardly works. The first time I actually got it to work for 5 minutes straight when I took them off I felt cross-eyed and my vision was off. It came back of course but made me think of the movie "the jerk" and when he made the opti grab to stop your glasses falling off. Well he got sued by everyone for making them cross-eyed. That's how I felt. But mostly I felt pissed off. These things are not plug and play. It's plug and maybe I'll play for a few seconds if at all. Most of the time it seems there is a problem between the glasses the wire and whatever you hook it up to.I never got it to work on the Xbox. Never. Got it to work on the phone a bit. The on an off is so frustrating though. Sound is ok but there needs to be a volume switch in the glasses. They also need blackout shades. The pictures when they show are not bad. I didn't feel like I had a theater on my head at all. Felt like a cheap (yet expensive) gimmick. And not even a fun one. This totally took me out of this market. I will wait for full AR to come out and try. This is not worth your time.

Work good, but this model could use a blackout shade.
The glasses work will in darker areas, but if there is any sunlight the picture fades out. I see the newer model comes with a blackout shade, that should take care of the problem.

Disappointing
I got this on my birthday and it was nothing like what people say it is. I hate this, the audio didn't even work.

Pure lack of English and helpful documents and common instructions
One thing to praise, is the exotic and creative packaging. Well protective. The first negative is the pure lack of intelligent English instructions. A lot of great cartoon figure action along side of a Foreign written language. The many videos avail in English are rushed and not enough detail. If you get the HDMI version as I did, ha, there was not one photo, or instruction telling you to look for the little micro USB hole on the adapter to plug in the power supply and cable that did not come with the unit. When I did get the system to work, totally uncomfortable. And even with 20 20 vision, will have to use magnify glasses. They should just go ahead and supply the total dark lens in kit... Unit needs a lot of improvement. The unit should never have come out without a way to silence audio and use plug in ear buds or use blue tooth ear buds. Get some thorough instructions packed in every new unit. Improve or I would try another brand next time.
