been using item for years as wife is a cajan cook extraordinaire!

My gravies and gumbo tasted just as good without the excess oil. Glad they made a dry roux.

I used it for a thickener for turkey gravy and it is far better than making your own roux. I will definitely be buying it again.

I like everything about this product!

Just ordered a second jar of this, as it is not sold in my area. I used it last Sunday when I made Guinness Beef Stew in my crock pot. Added it toward the end of the cooking time--just spooned some in and mixed to blend. Blends in very readily and produces gravy with an excellent, smooth texture. A great product, and not just for Cajun cooking!

Product was a requested gift for as a Xmas gift. She says it is the best!
