I had a defective one but they made sure I was reimbursed and got a replacement quickly. Good customer service

difficult to take apart
This was very easy to assemble but is difficult to take back apart. I searched for a portable stadiometer so was hoping this would be more portable than it is. I would love a carrying case that fits the parts as well as I am a traveling physician
