Worst product!!! Worst service!!!!Guys please don't buy this.Sound quality is good.Mic quality is really really bad!!!Receiver can't hear anything, bad quality.I raised a ticket against this complaint to the service centre. They took around 1.5month to replace the product.Still mic have very bad quality.I think they fooled me by replacing the same defect product for replacement.Bad service...

Producted is presented well, looks fancy with all those lights and digital battery meter. Bass is just awesome the way i wanted, fits well in ear and no pain during prolonged use. Earbuds are connected immediately without any delay. Battery life is also very good.Call quality is not good. Many of my friends have reported that they hear me talking from distance. Voice is not crystal clear for them, noise cancellation is good. Bluetooth range is average, calls get distorted from a distance have to carry phone along to get seamless connectivity.Verdict - good for gaming and music.

A good earbud at this price range.It fits easily in the ear & I liked its bass quality. Earbuds connects easily. The sound is clear and the voice is also clearly heard from the mic. Battery backup fine and charging speed is also good.

The media could not be loaded. This is straight-up false advertising by pTron because I tried calling and recording my audio and noticed that these earbuds rely on your connected device's microphone to capture your audio. Keep your phone 7-8 inches from your face and it will record fine, but move it further away and the audio will start to fade and eventually vanish as you put your phone in the pocket. 0/5 for calling and voice chatting. I even tried other software for mic testing and they all didn't catch the bud's microphone.Noise cancellation is poor. It will cancel environmental noises but if they overlap your voice, it will cancel both, providing 0 audio input as a result, so keep the phone close to your face.For gaming, it's mentioned as 40ms and it IS 40ms. As such I faced no problems or delays in pc gaming as well as mobile gaming. Just 3 taps on the left one to enter the game mode.The sound quality is pretty impressive I'd say, The bass is loud and more than wired earphones, so if you switch to wired earphones after these it'll feel a bit bland for sometime. Although sometimes, you might need to use an equilizar to balance the bass or you may not hear the song lyrics at all. Pretty good sound quality imo.I hate its connectivity, nowhere near bt 5.3, you keep it in your pockets and the sound starts to lag. And the most frustrating part about this is whenever a fast-paced action is going on during a gaming session, the buds give up completely sometimes and do not transmit audio, after the action has ended the buds will start to transmit audio again. This, however, does not happen during mobile gaming.The appearance is nice, and the breathing effect of the lights looks so cool.Touch controls work if you manage to land your finger on the right spot. And yeah, announcements are irritating "ptron TWS is connected".If you just want to game, you can buy this. Otherwise, I won't recommend this for calling, buy a neckband instead and wired earphones work very well too.Honestly, I recommend you not to buy these. Add 100-300 rupees more and you can buy better earbuds than these.

I got the first product and it was not charging correctly and also while not connected to charger but still was discharging faster , so I asked for replacement which was swiftly done. Thanks to Amazon.So with the new unit the above issue was sorted , but still the voice quality and connectivity is not good....I thought I could return and product and get my refund..but I am unable to do so...could anyone help to get the product returned and get the full refund.

Perfect budget friendly 999rs.Better than 4k-5k blaupunkt that I had.I know it cannot replace that bass that flagship blaupunkt can.But it's sound quality was nice and felt like flagship.Best part of the review is that it's battery backup is 3x times better than blaupunkt which I had.Only at 999rs .I feel cheated with blaupunkt that was 4000-5000rs.Plz expect less and you will never be disappointed.Go for it.You are 1step closer to get this one and 1step backwards to get cheated.So ending with this .You need to make a choice.Leave the remaining parts.
