Egg Pan, Egg Frying Pan with Lid Nonstick 4 Cups Pancake Pan Fried Egg Pan for Breakfast, Gas Stove & Induction Compatible (White)

Hoping the non-stick aspect lasts long, cuz it makes cooking eggs cute and easy especially for kids.

As a diabetic, I purchased this pan to make up and freeze a number of egg frittata breadless sandwiches (two thin layers of egg, caramelized onion, and shredded spinach mixed together in lieu of the two layers of "bread" found in a McMuffin.... with the insides of a turkey sausage patty and a slice of cheese. I make up a batch, stick'em in a ziplock bag, and throw them in the freezer. In the morning when I'm in a hurry (or just feeling lazy), I pop one in the microwave for 2 minutes and breakfast is served by the time my Keurig coffee is ready. Couldn't be easier - and they're good for you, too!Well, this product was perfect for this application. It is high quality, has a glas lid, comes with a silicone spatula and a silicone brush, and has a durable non-stick coating. The instruction sheet was obviously written by a non-English speaker and is a hoot to read ("non-stick coating use principle of water doesn't stick to lotus leaves", "too much oil not good for baby", etc.). But... whomever the folks in some far-off land are who manufactured this, they REALLY cared about quality. The pan is heavy, solid and has a finely finished hardwood handle and knob lid. The lid knob and handle must be screwed in, so some assembly is required, but if you can use a phillip's screwdriver, you're good to go.In short, I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Would most definitely buy it again.

This pan makes the perfect eggs and they are pretty easy to get out, the pan also cleans so nicely!

I use it every day. I like that it's made of cast iron. Its very stable.

I shake too much to screw in the handle. I live alone. I thought it was one piece like the photo shows. Just an old lady thing. My Son visiting next month. He'll do it then.

I love this pan for making home made breakfast sandwiches. It's also good for making pancakes too. I've never used the glass lid, I'm not sure why it was included? It's just something else to store.

The quality seems cheaper than it looks and costs more than same item at store.

Stumbled across this while looking for a new pot and ordered it right away. What a great way of cooking eggs. So easy to do. And, from YouTube, so many other things you can do with it. First time was a bit odd, but had the timing nailed down by the second. And cleaning is a breeze in hot water. Thoroughly recommended.
