Loved the item but the way it was packed, completely damaged it

Beautiful hat and fits perfectly.

Item is about 1/2 to 3/4” too shallow for my head. Feels as though it will blow off ver easily. Rim of hat isn’t really made to shape it to your preference. Adjustment strap inside is just a cheap pc. Of ribbon about 1/8” and very thin. This pc. doesn’t seem like it will last very long and is pretty useless anyway since the hat doesn’t fit quite down on my head. The top crease hits the top of my head a little before the hat seats correctly, so, as stated earlier, it’s a bit shallow for me. Hat material seems decent, band is cheap to average, not too bad though. Just needs slight adjustment to overall height, shapeable brim and a little better quality adjustment strap or even an inner ring with some elasticity would work fine, and then you would have yourself a pretty decent hat for the money. Cannot recommend the product with current quality, feature and fitment issues.

So I was originally looking at the Urban Outfitters black felt wide brim women’s fedora hat, but at 44 dollars it was way out of my budget for a fashion accessory. This hat is not only 1/3 of the price, but just as good and is super comfy as well as durable and looking nice. I didn’t have the bending problem other reviewers had, mine came with a protective plastic piece keeping it shaped exactly how it’s supposed to be. It fits perfectly (I have a large-ish head and forehead for a woman to be honest) so I was a little worried but it’s perfect!!! I also love how I can style it in a more feminine way, wearing it like a sun hat, or tilt it forward more like a cowboy hat for a more masculine look. Definitely worth the purchase!!! If you’re on the fence, take the plunge.
