Princess Star Butterfly Cosplay Dress Star vs. the Forces of Evil Costume Green Mini Dress for Women

I decided to take a chance on this dress despite it not having any reviews and I am SO GLAD I DID!!! It’s ADORABLE!! The fit is incredible I usually hate straps on dresses but these are actually super comfy and it’s very flattering! It has a poofy skirt despite having no petticoat or any shape to support it which I love! Fits perfectly- I’m a size 6 and usually wear a Medium (5’5- 145 lbs) and I decided to trust the size chart and order my usual size. If you’re thinking about it, go for it! I love this dress of Stars I think it makes a more unique cosplay than her typical dress and it’s better quality than the remakes of her octopus dress :)Can’t wait for Halloween ✨

I was so excited to find Star’s Edgar dress at a great price and I ordered it without realizing the stripes were the wrong colors! I had it hanging in my closet for awhile before I even noticed. Since the dress itself looks nice and is pretty good quality, I decided to dig out my fabric paint and fix the stripes. (Thankfully the top stripe was correct so I only had to paint 3 out of 4). The attached picture is after I painted it. Also, Edgar is grey instead of white which I unfortunately can’t do anything about. I’m giving 4 stars because of the quality of the dress itself. If you don’t care about accuracy or don’t mind doing a little diy it’s a good option. (My husband pointed out that the reason the colors are off is most likely to avoid copyright issues).

The straps cannot be adjusted and they’re too big and keep falling off my shoulders. There also isn’t a waist on this dress it makes you look boxy

It’s exactly like the the picture, unfortunately I had to sew in the side zipper 😕 over all my daughter loved it 😊
