This kit is so easy to construct; the pieces are crafted well, and pop together beautifully.The details, for such a small kit, are amazing.This kit has kickstarted a new hobby - I highly recommend this if you want to create you own “small worlds”!

This was my first Book nook. Made one mistake that sand paper sorted out. It has been admired by my friends. It sits proudly on my shelf. It has encouraged me to buy more

Bought for a Christmas present for a geeky 12 year old who loved it!It’s a bit fiddly though .. requires patience

Received as a Christmas present. Took a couple of hours to put together. Little bit fiddly but overall very easy to make. I love it! It’s so detailed and just lovely to look at. Am looking forward to doing another one!

I have been really looking forward to putting this together as a gift for me friend who has tons of books on his bookshelf. It's very difficult and maybe I didn't get the right glue, but the worst part is that the lights have stopped working. There is no point if this product without the lights. I'm really disappointed and I feel like I've wasted my money.

A brilliant little kit, well packaged with "easy to follow" instructions. The parts do push out easily but be extra careful with the thinner parts, especially the plant detail as "forcing" them may result in a snap. The kit can be built in a matter of hours and all you need is some good tacky glue or PVA. Great if you want to build a personal gift for someone. I personally modified the kit using Dolls house parts instead of the Push out Ply Wood parts.

The media could not be loaded.  This was my very first build and I had so much fun. This thing is absolutely adorable and I am so proud and love it. It lived up to my expectations and more. I was impressed with how well each piece was cut and how everything fit together. I was delighted by all the little details and extra touches. I loved that I could customize it just a bit and plan on adding mini-foliage like another person mentioned here.This kit was challenging without being frustrating. The directions were not always super clear, but I could figure it out. I used a tacky mini-furniture glue I got on Amazon called Starbond Multi-purpose Medium, which was perfect because it came with very tiny applicators and bonded pretty much instantly (just be careful of your fingers!!).I found this to be well worth the money and I'm beyond happy. Thank you!! I can't wait to buy another one!

This is a beautiful product! My 13 y/o built it by herself in about 3 days (multiple hours / day). It’s not easy, but doable.She reports that some of the instructions are a bit off (e.g., mislabeled parts), but that can overcome with some common sense.The end result is very beautiful!Would recommend!!

I would say this book nook was a little hard to understand the directions. The directions and pictures were not clear. Also the lights they show after the piece is put together are not bright enough, you can barely see inside the unit. I will have to change the lights, it will be a Xmas gift, I cannot give it with this light set they provided. Looks like the bulbs they sent were a very dim blue set. I will add you should use no rechargeable batteries. I was using chargeable batteries, and that’s why the lights were dim.

Amending my initial review. After posting my disappointment in the back board being curved, the company reached our directly to me and offered to remedy my issue however I deemed appropriate. They offered a refund or to replace the pieces needed. I will be trying another kit by them! They didn't ask me to change my review, I am just pleased by their responsiveness.Initial review: The back board was bent out of shape, being that warped made it so it could not align. Big gap left a lot a light coming in through the back and ruins the overall look.
