Not user friendly!
This book has several problems. A lot of the instructions do not match the rather poor illustrations. The instructions are often hard to follow, and the illustrations do not help. It is badly edited, with errors in spelling and grammar.I was keen to use the Tai Chi section, to learn a bit about it. A lot of the text in this section simply doesn't make sense, as if it is translated idiomatically from Chinese. Terms like 'form an empty step', 'hold a ball', 'take a bold step', and 'needle the left hand down' are used throughout this section. I simply can't use this section.I am returning this book.

Could be improved
This has the potential to be an excellent book, but poor editing means that instructions aren't always clear, and one of the pictures didn't marry up to the exercise described.

Well Done!😊
This exercise guide is practical, well thought out and useful. Each exercise is clearly explained, complete with color diagrams. The latter is especially appreciated. I'm a big believer in the importance of a strength training regime throughout life; guides like these make that easier to accomplish and for all levels of fitness. Will definitely be keeping this book on my Kindle for future use.Helpful votes are always appreciated!😊Geraldine Helen Hartman author of,🌹🌹"Laughing at the Grim Reaper! badly edited
While the overall concept of the book is good, it is badly edited. For example, a description of one exercise goes through the steps for doing it while sitting in a chair, while the picture with it shows a person on the floor on their stomach. Their are better books for these exercises.

Problems with Book
The exercises in the book look interesting and seem safe. However there are problems with them.In the first place the descriptions and the illustrations do not always match. The exercise Lat Pull with Band on pages 13-14 is an example. The illustration does not show a band being used. The description says to put the band around your wrists but doesn't describe where to place the band around the body. And since the illustration doesn't show the band at all the exercise is of little use.An even worse problem is in the 90 Days Strength Training Exercise. In Day 6 Upright Rows is the first required exercise. Unfortunately Upright Rows are not listed in the Table of Contents. I will not swear the exercise is not in the book but I have not yet found the exercise.I have not checked every exercise in the book but even two such mistakes limit the usefulness of the book as a daily aid to exercise.I am going to continue trying to use the book but if I continue to run into this type of problem I will have to abandon this book and find another source of exercises. I do not have the time or inclination to struggle through these mistakes.
