Great Product and Support
I purchased two of these systems for different locations. Both were easy to set up and have worked well. I recently had a problem with one of the Homebase 3 units. I contacted support via phone and Edgar was extremely helpful in getting a warranty replacement unit sent out to me. I also just bought a new dual cam video doorbell and am looking forward to getting that set up once I get my new Homebase 3.

Works as what I want.
The media could not be loaded. This is the camera I was really looking for, very sharp picture quality, great battery life, always able to see what's going on around my house. Setting up this system is very simple, just to follow the App introduction, a few simple steps can be completed. I've been using it for a few days now and everything works fine, and the quality of the experience is the main reason I recommend it.

Could not connect cameras, support was unhelpful
Bought with an extra camera. Got it and did set up as per directions. Left cameras charging overnight. Next day set up base and let it update, then installed app and started to get things going. Was able to get one camera working. Other cameras would not connect and I found instructions online for troubleshooting and I did those. They did not work after much resetting of all the things.Waited on phone for eufy support. Person was nice but what they had me do seemed weird. They had me redo what I had already read online. Fine. But then they had me forget the wifi on my phone and reconnect. The reason they gave was that I would get a new IP address. I assured them this would not happen on my home wifi. They said that they could not move forward in helping me if I did not do this step. So I did. Guess what? My router issued the same IP address to my phone (of course it did especially since they did not have me do anything else to not make that happen but also, why is my phone wifi radio the issue?). Next they asked me if I had any other smart devices on the network. Sure, they specifically asked if I had a tablet or other phone. See, they wanted me to install everything on a new device and work it from there. My answer was no. What I have is old and being replaced soon and I don't want to use it. So they said they will escalate to engineers and gave me a ticket number. The email I received with confirmation was not an escalation. They want me to provide serial numbers of all devices, invoices (cool, I bought on Amazon), and pictures and videos displaying the issue. Again, no. For me, this is a novelty and not worth the time and effort. As for the devices, half of their 16GB of space is taken up by their system so you do not have that available for storage. I am glad that I did not bother to install an SSD as it would have been more of a waste of time. These are already in a box with label attached to go back to Amazon. And the app has been removed from my smart device.Update 2022-Dec-02: I got a weird email with the ticket number assigned that mentioned the issue with space in my review on Nov-30. I had NOT talked to the CSR about the 16GB not being fully available so I knew that someone at Eufy read my review and matched it up to my ticket with support. Creepy. They offered me something. I ignored the email because I had already packaged the product and was set to take to UPS next day.On Dec-2 I got a call from Eufy. I am going to assume that I gave my phone number to the initial support person because, if not, they are logging the phone numbers from calls that come in and then using that to contact people. No bueno and, again, creepy mostly because it's rare for me to give the phone number they contacted me at out. Amazon does not have this phone number so it was not data transfer. This agent told me that the support agent was wrong in what they did and they were wondering if they could help me. I told them that I had already returned the product, so no thank you. The phrase used at the end "if I could find it in my heart" to change the review, brought me back to Amazon to change the review.Review stays as is as it is a review of the camera not working and not being able to get it to work with online troubleshooting tips and with the service agent. While I appreciate that Eufy is trying to make it right, they only did so AFTER I posted a bad review. In addition, technology is great in that they were able to match everything up but I find that intrusive and upsetting. I did not ask to be contacted from this review. My review stated that I had already boxed the item back up to send back to Amazon. Their aggressive need to contact me, both by email and telephone, tells me that their interest is in the negative review. This is not good customer support. Good customer support would occur with a) having a working product, b) having troubleshooting instructions that work, and c) if all else fails having knowledgeable agents that can get you up and going.Damage control is not good customer support.

Ai not as good as the reviews.
I am giving it 4 stars because everything else other than the AI face recognition works very very well. App is very good and easy to use, tons of features and well organized. Resolution is really good and coverage is just perfect for my set up, it completely cover my back yard and garage in the front and all entry doors with just the two cameras. Night vision is very good, both b\w and color. The LED light is brighter than I expected and very useful. I just received the Eufy solar panels and also bought micro to USB C adapter to be able and use them, will install today and if they work will set the LED to highest setting. Installation and set up was so easy and instruction very easy to follow. I was told by Eufy that HomeKit will be added early next year and that’s a big plus for me, hope is also Matter compatible via update. Now to the AI, I have done everything the way the instruction and the cam setup and test say to do to have AI working and it recognizes mi family members more like 5% of the time, not 99% of the time like they say on all YouTube reviews. Now the object recognition (human, cars, animals) works flawlessly, it is amazing and helps to cut down notifications you don’t want. I really wanted to have the face recognition to work flawlessly as well to know when my son gets home plus some other uses. Very disappointed that it doesn’t, I don’t know if is an issue with my cam or home base or if it can be fixed by an update. Overall it is an amazing cámara system.

Great upgrade from S40 product
Bought this product roughly one month after the product release, I didn't need two additional solar panel version of the outdoor camera, so I got this S300 kit instead of S330. This kit comes with 2 USB-C charging-only cameras.Pro:1. No pain to add the 3rd version of homebase to the existing system, only need to connect all the cables, scan the QR code from the APP, and press one button.2. The new camera and the homebase will be shown as a kit in the app, and there is a new feature using your phone location to activate and deactivate the detection.3. Face matching feature is available, it did not go wrong yet during my testing.4. Adding an internal 2.5 inch SSD or HDD is also very smooth, just plug-in and format the drive, I am not sure how soon the video will fill the internal storage though, so I am not sure adding the SSD is necessary for me.Con:1. My S40 solar panel 2K camera is recognized as a separate device, so its schedule needs to be set separately, and it can not sync with the new homebase automatically.2. You have to connect the new homebase device with LAN; it makes sense because you will need to connect to the power adaptor anyway, not too painful to connect another cable, maybe wifi is just reliable enough?

Nosey Neighbor......
Great security system. The camera resolution is excellent and takes great images in the dark. The advanced AI system is working well, and Eufy has been great at updating the firmware and software regularly.I am only waiting for an Apple Homekit integration with this system. When that happens, I will add another three cameras.

Really good Cams. Worth the money invested
I got the just like new / Used package. It cost me less than the original price. To be honest, recieved a like new product! No scuff marks or anything that would indicate that it was used or anything. One camera was sealed and one was not, not a deal breaker. I have installed them and they both work like a charm. Will definetly think of adding more cams down the road. But since now i already have the home base, will have to only purchase cams.Over all recording quality is nice. Only concern is streaming live feed is a bit choppy. Probably might have something to do with my router bandwidth as well. Will have to look into that. But other wise a great product.Has a good low light recording. Infrared comes up when required, so no issue there.Has lights as wellz so if u want color recording with the light. U can do it. The light is bright but not too bright. Farther ovjects appear a bit dark so, you probably might have to rely more on the infrared sensors.Recording quality is good. 4k image is sharp.Batteries seem to be running fine. Have been using around a month. They still are holding 100% of the charge. So i think they should be running fine for a long time. They have a lot of features, you will need to explore all of them.Just an advice, once u receive them.Update the firmwares on all the devices, cams and homebase. They might come with an older firmware that was buggy. So be sure to update it and you wont have any issues. You can refer the attached pics for reference. Sorry about mess in test image. Still in process of moving into the new house. :p

The video is crystal clear, very happy.
I love the camera and base but the eufy solar panel I bought did not have the same USB C port as the camera. On the box of the solar panel it states it’s compatible with all eufy cameras. I had to buy an adapter to hook the solar panel up to the Eufy Camera 3C

Cameras need to be restarted periodically, no going back in time viewing of footage
Hi Folks, I had a different camera system that needed to be restarted from time to time and this really frustrated me because it missed capturing events. I found these expensive cameras and thought these would work great - nope. Noticed after 3 weeks of use that my one camera wasn't capturing any events anymore and had to restart the camera - good thing I potentially missed some important events. Also, my old camera system offered viewing of anytime recorded in the past just by scrolling back in time. This awesome feature is not available with Eufy. And coupled with the fact that it might not record events - this camera system is not good. I'm stuck with a very expensive camera system.

Awesome System
I started my Eufy system with Solcam S40. Loved the unit but I thought I would ungrade my system. This unit with the App was easy to install. Less than 5 minutes I had system updated to newest software and cameras added. I connected my HB3 via ethernet.

No show
I ordered an entire system based on earlier good reviews during the Black Friday event but the required Homebase3 and other items were not delivered making the delivered items useless. I contemplated reordering at a higher post black Friday price (grumble!) but I then heard about Eufy’s security/privacy issues so I returned whatever was sent to await and see if Eufy/Anker resolves this issue or perhaps disappears.
