High quality, amazing weight distribution, amazing customer service
Just got this backpack for mothers day as hiking enthusiast. I love it! The 3 straps make weight distribution amazing. My legs did all the lifting and my back doesn't hurt at all. This pack carried 40+ lbs about 6 hours and looks to be in amazing shape. The bottle opener was a huge plus. Kept food cold and drinks still had ice. Buy this pack you won't be disappointed!Update: I loved this bag until it ripped with minimal use rendering the bag unusable.2nd update: the company reached out to me and replaced my bag. Absolutely appreciate the amazing customer service. Will update again later on quality of my new bag. Thank you!

Solid cooler
Got this for memorial weekend. It’s fantastic. Not only is it as good as any soft pack cooler, it’s a great dry bag for the boat. Kept ice with no leaks on the road trip, even kept cold over night in the hotel. Completely water proof doesn’t even sweat. Love the product

Holds Water
The cooler holds water. I bought it in April and my return window has closed. I just used it for the first time and it holds water. FIND ANOTHER!

Heavy and uncomfortable straps
I really wanted to like this, to use while windsurfing to transport lunch and drinks. I suppose because it's insulated it weighs so much (about 6 lbs.), but as a small-framed woman it's just too much weight to start with. The straps are not padded making this very uncomfortable with any extra weight added. I had to return it and keep looking for a lower-profile, more cushy pack.
