Perfect in my kitchen!
I ordered these in the stone color and they are perfect! I actually got them for my kitchen - smaller one in front of stove and larger one in front of sink. The look and feel great. So soft and so plush. The color is perfect - sort of like an off white, or very very light khaki, so they match any decor or color scheme. I wanted a light color to brighten up the kitchen some since I have dark cabinets, dark floors, and dark exposed beams. I didn't want white though because of showing stains and I didn't want tan again. This stone color looks perfect. The backs have the little dots of non slip rubber. They stay in place well on my natural stone floors. I haven't washed them yet, but will update once I do, if they fall apart, shed too much etc. I do vacuum them with a stick vacuum that has a roller brush in it and they withstand that very well. They fluff back up so nicely and there hasn't been a loot of lint or fibers coming off when I do vacuum them, so I feel like they should go through the washer just fine as well.I will be buying more in other colors for the bathroom. They seem to be very good quality. I actually bought my set from Amazon Warehouse Deals and they are perfect - o signs of use or imperfections. I definitely got a great deal on this set!

Beautiful color, toast.
I was most pleased with the color. No slip, kinda thin, seems durable, haven't tried washing it yet...

Ideal Masterbath Mats
They are fairly high quality bath mats that look rather elegant. They don't stand out as ultra high quality namely because the shed quite a bit when you first get them, but if you wash them a few times they settle down. To be fair, being able to wash them in a washing machine without worry that they will deteriorate is a fantastic feature. I'm personally a fan of being able to keep a clean bathroom, so these work well toward that goal. Additionally, they are rather comfortable fabric that I enjoy using. The dark blue color is perfect and the simple pattern on the rugs is excellent. I would say that for a master bathroom, these are ideal. They aren't overly pricey, they can be easily washed, they look very nice, and they feel comfortable to use. I would recommend these and likely buy another set when I need new bath mats.

Absolutely do not get these if you ever intend on washing them. They make a huge mess everywhere!
This is the worst review I have ever left on Amazon. I normally am pretty happy with what I receive. However, these rugs are truly bad. I very strongly recommend not buying them.I will start with a basic listing of the problems for those who would rather not read a long review. After the list is a full description of what I experienced with these mats.1. Large chunks of fibers left in the washing machine.2. Dryer kept shutting off because the wet mats are so heavy.3. Huge amount of lint filled the dryer's lint trap.4. More large chunks of fibers throughout the dryer and on the mats.5. Lint and fiber chunks went all over the floor and my clothing.6. Shaking the mats appeared to simply create more fuzz with each shake.7. Mats have sour, mildew smell that persists after washing and drying.8. Quality of the fibers dull, scratchy, similar to that of an old cotton mop. When I received the mats, the first thing I did was put them in the washer. I've washed bathroom mats hundreds of times over the years so I never expected anything close to what happened when I washed these mats.First thing I noticed is that they left a huge mess of fibers in the washing machine. I wasn't happy, but I brushed it off and went about drying the mats.Drying the mats was a problem. For some reason, my dryer kept shutting off. I have only seen this happen only one other time when I was drying a very heavy thermal faux fur blanket. It seems to happen when the item is too heavy so the dryer shuts off as a safety measure. However, this time the dryer shut-off was so bad, it was very difficult to actually dry the mats. When my dryer shut off with the heavy blanket, it ran for 10-15 minutes each time before shutting off. But with these mats, the dryer kept shutting off every 2-3 minutes! I literally had to stand in the utility room to restart the dryer over and over again. Eventually, I pulled the mats out when they were still damp, but not overly wet. I figured I could let them air dry. While drying the mats, I had noticed the dryer's lint trap was completely filled. I always clean it out after every load so the huge amount of lint was from the mats alone. When I removed the mats from the dryer, I found large chunks of... not sure what to call it... lint? pieces of the mat? heavy fibers stuck together? I collected them from the dryer as best I could. These huge chunks of stuff also fell off the mats as I pulled them out of the dryer. I had to pick them up and then vacuum the floor to get rid of them. The mats were also covered with the chunks of stuff. They also had numerous pulls and lots of lint pills all over. I took the mats outside and shook them numerous times. At first, a lot of the big stuff came off, but then lint kept coming off. It was as if every shake I did caused more lint to release from the mats. After about 30 shakes, I gave up. I brought the mats inside to dry on my leather chair and ottoman. That's when I saw the condition of the mats and decided to start taking pictures.I only took pictures of the larger mat, but the smaller mat was in the same condition. I did my best to show several views of the mat so you could see what these mats look like after being washed; although, it's very hard to show the numerous pulls throughout the mats. Look closely at the pictures showing closeups of the mats for the pulls. Most of them look like thick strings around 1/2 -1 inch long. It's easier to see the pills and pulls from the top view of the mats, but there are also numerous pulls on the bottom of the mats. Hopefully, you can see them in the pictures.I also took pictures of the huge amount of lint that I took out of the dryer filter. What you see is not all of it. Some had spilled onto the floor and was vacuumed up. Still more of it got all over my clothing and was removed by using a lint brush and sticky lint roller. This lint was a nightmare by how it got everywhere. The pictures also show some of the large chunks of stuff that was in the dryer and all over the mats. There are two pictures of that stuff. Those pictures do not the same stuff pictured twice, but rather they show two different collections of the stuff. The picture of it on top of my flat hand was what I pulled off the mats after taking them out of the dryer. Later, I discovered more in the lint trap of my dryer. This had accumulated after I had cleaned out that massive fur-ball of lint from the dryer. I wanted you all to see just how much of that lint/chunks of stuff these mats created after just one washing! Keep in mind none of this includes whatever was in the washing machine, vacuum cleaner, or lint brushes and rollers.I made the mistake of washing a set of towels after the mats, only to have then end up with numerous pills from the fibers the mats left in the washing machine and dryer. I had to use a pill shaver on every side of every towel to try to clean it up. I then got my big vacuum out and did my best to vacuum out the dryer, especially underneath the lint trap. The next load of towels I washed and dried came out okay so I think I've gotten all that stuff out of my washer and dryer now.If the crud produced by these mats wasn't bad enough, there are other problems. The mats smell sour. I'm not usually picky about smells because most smells of new products simply wash out. But this smell is embedded into the mats somehow. They smell like they've been left wet and have mildewed. The smell is strongest when the mats are wet (permeates the air even if you're not trying to smell them). The smell isn't as bad when the mats dry out, but it's still present if you intentionally smell the mats. This smell is really problematic because (1) I clearly cannot wash the smell out give the disaster created when the mats are washed and (2) bathroom mats are expected to get wet on a regular basis which then throws that smell into the bathroom over and over again. Moreover, the fiber used to create these mats is undesirable. There's no soft, clean feel to them. The best way I can describe how they feel is they remind me of an old, worn out cotton mop. It feels scratchy, dull, lifeless. The pile lays down as if it's old, warn out carpeting. There's no shine to the fibers. They're old looking. And the ends of the fibers do not appear sharply cut (like carpeting or most other bathroom mats), but instead are ragged and fuzzy on the end. If I didn't know better (do I?), I'd swear these mats were made from recycling old worn out cotton mops with fibers so old, they're disintegrating. These bathroom mats are a disaster. They have so many problems that I honestly believe Amazon should not be selling them. These problems aren't just a reflection of different people having different personal tastes. I cannot invasion anyone wanting the mess they create in their washing machines, dryers, floors, clouting, everywhere. Even though I washed mine, I'm going to try to return then for a refund. Not only do I not like them, but I cannot use them because of the mess they create when being washed. They are completely unacceptable. I very strongly recommend against buying these mats.

Great Rugs
Rug is well made. I bought the gold and the color was true. Very pleased with this purchase.

Poor quality rugs!
Great value - yeah right!! I would rather have one rug with good quality than two with poor quality. I bought this set for the color and shape (oval) in spite of the not too good reviews. I haven't washed them and probably won't since others said they had lint issues, something I don't want and think I'll just replace them with something else with better workmanship. I wanted taupe for my powder room downstairs and an oval shape and this was the only one I could find that met my criteria. I am able to see the border isn't even - in some areas it's single, double and triple stitched and the underneath of the rug shows on top in some places as well. Another problem is with the 'shedding' fibers - I shook the rugs outside and pieces flew out all over. The second thing I did was have my housekeeper vacuum both rugs repeatedly while I held onto each one and still pieces of them stuck to the vacuum brush (we did this 4 times each tops and bottoms and gave up trying). It's a shame that there aren't many bath mats to choose from and I would pay more for 1 rug that is made better than these are! These aren't worth the price charged!

Great Bath mats
These bath mats are really lovely. Nicer than they look, even after many washings.

Plush and soft, beautiful amber colour!
4.5 starsI am glad I disregarded the negative reviews and decided to purchase these mats. I was very concerned they would be terrible quality and, because of Covid-19 and the need for social distancing, I really didn't want to deal with the possibility of having to return them. However, because I loved the 'rust' colour SO much (it looks just as it does on my screen; a lovely, warm amber colour) and I was able to purchase both mats for just $24.05 all-in, I decided to take the chance......First off, in regards to the shedding/lint issue - two of my other bath mats, my chenille bedspread, my bed blankets, as well as most all of my tea & bath towels (all of which are 100% cotton) shed substantially when they were first purchased and washed, and most of those items still give off quite a bit of lint a few years, and who-knows-how-many washes, later. I don't know the reason for this, but in my experience, that's just the way it is when it comes to cotton linens. Cleaning up lint can be inconvenient, yes, but it's a price I am willing to pay to have organic over synthetic - to each their own. I I fully expected to find lint coming off of these mats for at least the first few washes, but after reading some of the comments, I became concerned that even after washing I would be dealing with perpetual shedding, if not outright disintegration.....These mats did shed lots of lint the first time I washed/dried them, yes. The washing part wasn't too bad; I wiped down the interior of my front loader after taking the mats out (washed solo, of course) expecting the worst, but I honestly only found a few small tufts of lint- no big deal. But the drying? I emptied the lint trap four times during the cycle and each time it was FULL of lint - to the point where it seemed l could've made another mat just from lint alone. In light of that fact, I decided to immediately run the mats through the wash again after giving them a good shake outside.....Still more lint was shed the second go 'round and this time I had to wipe down the interior of my dryer too (not a huge job but I did find some lint in the drum). And I again had to empty the lint trap - three times - throughout the dry cycle, but there was noticeably less lint in it by the end.....My mats have been down a full day now and have been walked on numerous times in sock clad feet, and at least once in bare, and they've been just fine. There have been no fuzzies stuck to our feet and I haven't noticed any fluff scattered across our white tile floor. I LOVE the colour (which happens to be a perfect complement to my Anthropologie shower curtain) and the fact that the mats have a nice weight to them, are densely woven, and feel very soft and reasonably plush under our feet. Having to deal with lint aside, these are everything I want in a bath mat, so especially when combined with how little they cost me, I can honestly say I am very pleased with this purchase. I am now considering splurging (splurge, because I really don't need them) on the matching bath towels! If lint is something you avoid at all cost then these definitely aren't the rugs for you, but if you can get past that then I think you will find these are very nice mats.
