I only gave this a 4 star because the hair came with a few knots that were challenging to detangle. But other than that I LOVE it.It's soft and long and easy to put on.Tip: it's easier to put your own hair in a ponytail with a rubberband FIRST before you add this ponytail so it feels more secure.

The quality of this hair is amazing!!! It's thick, long, soft and not itchy. Easy to install as the hair is already sectioned and the few tangles are easy to comb out. My only issue is the color. I ordered dark brown, but it looks black and doesn't match my hair well. If there were better color options, I would definitely place another order.

The hair color was a good match to my own color. I struggled a little with the installation but I think it's my own inexperience. The length was also very good. I would have given 5 stars but my only con is that it can get tangled very easily. Worth the money.
