Awesome PC, Excellent customer service.
Excellent purchase - works as expected. Fast and quiet. Ideal (actually too powerful) for an office computer. I mounted it to the back of a 27" monitor with a wireless mouse and keyboard and it looks and feels like an all-in- one computer. It booted quickly into Windows 10 Pro and after the usual setup and log in, I was prompted to install Windows 11, which I did, saved me a lot of time!During the setup I contacted the vendor “Intel Nuc Agent (US)”and they were amazing. Cathy the customer rep, responded to my request almost instantly it was so nice to deal with someone so professional, timely and friendly.Overall we love the NUC, we've had it for about a month now and have no complaints at all. These has been nothing but a perfect experience for us. We would definitely buy from this vendor again. Overall great experience.

I'd researched NUCs over the last year, I was nervous at first because I'd never owned one, but I figured if something went wrong I could make it right myself.I need not have worried. This mini PC is exactly what I need for working. This is a quality piece of equipment that is very powerful -- really, and easy to configure and set up，and it works like a charm. It is very fast. excellent for email, web surfing, watching videos or listening to music, and running office apps like Excel...It comes with a bracket that can be easily installed on to back panel of my monitor. Great customer experience as well! Worth of buying! Highly recommended.

Excellent computers. I bought TEN of these (from Seller Nenchin). I went for the 512GB SSD / 16GB RAM option, With a 4 core i7 CPU running at 2.8GHz and 16GB of memory, I can have loads of windows open and performance is still excellent. The 512GB SSD makes bootup very quick. We use them even for applications as demanding as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe AfterEffects (video editing), It really has everything needed in a desktop computer.
